My favorite Aldis and the workers here are always friendly and helpful. I drive past 2 other Aldis just to shop at this one.

I've been here a number of times over the past year. It's so easy to pop in for chocolate chips or the like. I don't usually buy fruits here, but they looked good the other day. I come to Aldis for their chocolate and their very reasonably priced baking products. I rarely pick up more than I can carry, so don't get a cart. This location has easy parking. read more

Very busy location..I am not a fan of any Aldi's. I know you can find great deals at them, but for me their produce is the absolute worst. When I say that all of Aldi's locations have terrible produce. Maybe I go on the wrong days, but every time we go. Sorting through their half rotten vegetables just turns me off to the place. But as I mentioned, their other products are cheaper than Wegmans. Especially if you are getting meat and seafood items. read more

This Aldi's location is so organized and everything is usually stocked. It has lots of parking and is conveniently located near other grocery shops and restaurants. I always bring re-usable bags and use their carts. The staff are also kind and welcoming. Aldi's brand items are also often cheaper than the larger name brands and I often get everything from Aldi's. There are always random snacks to try like sweet potato chips. There are also seasonal goods such as the Halloween cereal (they were all good; loved the chocolate frosted flakes!) and the Christmas candy which I always look forward to trying. Only con about this location's Aldi's is that its always crowded. There is always a line a check out, yet there is never more than two cashiers. read more

I never had a problem before !! But today my girlfriend went in today instacarting and use to work at a different aldis location, and was cashing out at self cash out was already on her way out and this lady decided to come up to ONLY her and question her if she scanned her bags and to make sure she does, (mind you she already DID scan all her bags .. ) my gf then says "I already did, did you ask anyone else? " and she noticed she only said something to just her.. and the the worker proceeded to say "we just have to make sure that CERTAIN people scan their bags.." WHAT DOES CERTAIN PEOPLE MEAN? She was the only black person in self check out and that to me does not rub me the right way at all.. she was at a whole different register scanning items , stopped and came over to her to question her.. I can't believe how she acted I'm disgusted! read more

If you see any White House Aides inside this store, it's just Aldi President's Men. According to Garland, if Hawkeye from M*A*S*H* owned this place it be called, 'Alda's. I shopped here for the first time about 6 months ago, and I haven't looked back since. Actually I've only been in 3 or 4 times but it's probably my new fave store to shop in, in the suburbs anyway. The fruit is priced ridiculously. Blueberries for $1.29? Are you serious? I just picked some up the other day. I wasn't crazy about the cat food though. I mean not that I ate it. But it was a little more expensive than it should be, considering it's Aldi. Aldi is a European grocery store, and is all about low price and convenience, it's the very definition of "no frills." You will think you are on another planet if you are used to Wegmans and the like. Nevertheless it is the most economical and logical shopping experience, without all of the glitz and glamour and fancy stuff, and prices that go along with that. For this reason Aldi will always score highly on my Richter Scale, because it's what I think grocery stores should be, but since we're all a superficial and fancy bunch (myself included), we'll all keep shopping and Wegmans, and clever stores like Aldi will always be more popular in Europe. Aldi has been doing a great job during the pandemic keeping the shelves stocked, disinfecting carts, and installing protective glass for their employees. During both visits within the past month, the customer service remains great and besides meat (where every store is experiencing shortages, not just Aldi's), they had everything I was looking for. Their shelves have been very stocked while other stores are having trouble keeping up. Thank you Aldi employees for everything you're doing! read more

I like this location as it's clean, but a little smaller than my go-to store in Niagara Falls. The Falls one has a much bigger bakery section. Other than that, they keep it stocked nicely. The staff here are friendly and there is always parking to be found, though pretty busy off the Boulevard. read more

I like the savings but have to be careful about which products are worth it. Most of the choices are processed foods which I try to avoid. It's good for some items if I go elsewhere for the bulk of my groceries.-- check your receipts though- I got charged twice for one item. Thanks Kial. During subsequent shopping trips here, I have been treated quite rudely by the same employee. I won't be back to this location. It's also the dirtiest Aldi of the voices in the area. I love this store! Everything is affordable without compromising quality. It is one of the places that I can get my usual grocery list and then find some really great specialty products too! They have a great cheese selection and many different types of hummus and guacamole! read more

As a college student, this is a MUST for the bulk of your weekly groceries. Products are good quality and low cost. It's really nice to be able to get all of the basic groceries and other little things to "treat yo self" without breaking the bank. The new renovations made it a lot bigger and there is much more selection now. They also have a lot of organic products and even some cruelty free ones! Just make sure to look at the produce before buying it. It can get pretty busy Sundays mid morning and afternoon, but this is nothing compared to how long lines can be at other nearby grocery stores during peak hours. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Make sure to bring your own re-usable bags and a quarter when you go. Listen, it's not the Ritz Carlton of grocery stores. It's more like a Hilton. But it gets the job done, right? read more

This Aldi is sufficient for fulfilling shopping needs. There's nothing fancy about it, but that's why they can sell us 49 cent avocados, okay? I'm fine with sacrificing plastic bags and craft beer for cheaper food. Since Trader Joe's was fresh outta Old Fashioned Oats, I came in here to grab a can, and left with 10 other items. Haha! The can of oats was almost double the size of the TJ's can for 10 cents cheaper. What a deal!!! I'm a big fan of Aldi and their prices. For staples like oats, I'm far more than happy to come here. This Aldi has gotten way nicer over the past year. It still isn't my favorite place to buy produce, but I get all of my cheese, cereal, and bread here. Just don't go on a Sunday because it gets packed and aggravating. read more

This Aldi frequently runs false advertisements where the advertised product is not stocked. The fine print on their advertisements is written 8 point font that most people wouldn't be able to read. They have an Erie County Item pricing waiver however do not have signs posted and do anything possible to break this local law and avoid giving so-called super refunds. read more

This is a great place for basics-flour,sugar,milk,eggs. There are also some speciality products available, but not at all times. You might find a product you like here and then the next week it will not be available. I don't typically purchase any meat products. They do not accept credit, but will take debit cards and cash. My husband and I have turned to shop at here more frequently than other grocery stores because they have really stepped up their game. They are newly remodeled and they carry very good quality food items. They run amazing fruit and vegetables sales every week! It's also a more affordable place to shop. read more

Since the remodel, I love coming to ALDI. Their prices are very fair especially for a college student on a budget. Their produce is always super fresh. I split my grocery shopping between Wegmans, Trader Joe's, and ALDI. I try to stop here first for essentials then head to the more expensive stores for niche items. I love their efforts to remove MSG and artificial colors. Their snack aisle is pretty extensive and they have some dope chip choices. There are also many products which are organic. ALDI is one of my favorite grocery stores because of their low prices and convenience. If you're not familiar, I recommend giving them a try! read more

Ended up on this side of town & visited this Aldi for th first time. Now, you Yelpers know how much I loves me some Aldi, and this store is just not up to par. Prices on several staple (for me) items are higher here, the shelves, especially dairy and produce, are not stocked, THE STORE IS DIRTY. I will scuttle back to my side of town, thanks. The store on maple rd is a 2 star rating based on quality of products and horrible customer service by the people working there. It's not a great place if you are new to shopping at this store.. but if you love low prices and don't mind dealing with their behavior.. then this is for you. Now, Ive been there multiple times.. the employees look way too busy to help anyone with questions. I don't go to this store that often and prefer not to, but still do since my parents always checks out their deals. Ratings is now a one star based on a new recent experience involving the manager for returning 4 whole chickens ($30). I was set to run an errand for my parents on purchasing those items.. but later had to return them as the chicken wasn't the right type, they were expecting smaller whole young chicken.. so there was a bit of communication problems. I checked Aldis return policy online and I was in the clear to return them. I then drove back less than half an hour later and asked two employees including the cashier to make sure it was alright to return the chickens.. they said yes but they needed to be approved by the manager in order to be refunded. The manager came out and she asked me what was wrong with them, and I told her the story. She looked angry as if she was about to cry (water in her eyes).. telling me that she has to throw out all four chickens in the garbage, and how the store is gonna lose money on this.. her tone was very demeaning.. but still gave me the refund and stormed back into her office. Little did she know she lost more money as I was going to purchase different items but decided to stop shopping because of that rotten attitude. That was a bit unprofessional in my opinion. The cashier tried to make up for what happened hoping that'd I'd enjoy my day, but I don't think I can walk back into that store with recalling what happened. If it wasnt a manager, I would have cared less.. but knowing that the store is in the hands of someone like that.. forget it! If you want a return policy without the attitude go to wegmans, tops, or any other grocery store other than this location. read more

I love Aldi for their rock bottom prices and good sales. I regularly shop there, but even though this location is more convenient, I often find myself going to another Aldi store. Why? Well, I've noticed that the produce prices on my preferred items is higher here. I assume it's a supply and demand issue. There are lots of other people buying my preferred products here so the prices are higher. Whereas at other locations, prices for many of my favorite fresh produce tend to be lower. Also, another deterrent is the staff. I'm not a picky gal on grocery clerk customer service, but I do not like torturing others. There is one staff person here who seems to vehemently hate their job, so much so that I find it uncomfortable and guilt-inducing to shop here and be a part of this individual's seventh circle of hell. I know that sounds absurd, but I honestly do avoid shopping here because of this clerk. Other staff are fine, but when I interact with this person I feel guilty for being the grocery shopping burden that I am. Thus, I prefer to shop at the Aldi on Main. Produce might not always be as fresh, but the staff are fresher and some prices seem lower. read more
