If I could give negative stars, I would. I was shopping with my baby and husband, and we couldn't find an item on our shopping list I approached an employee for help finding an item while she was in the middle of a loud personal conversation with a friend right in the aisle. My husband and I waited beside her to ask, but she clearly did not notice us because her conversation was so extremely interesting. I said "excuse me ma'am" and she suddenly snapped at me and accused me of being disrespectful. Her and her friend caused an extremely shocking scene in the middle of the store for interrupting the conversation. They also called me RACIST for interrupting ( the employee was white by the way.) The friend of hers was saying extremely sexist things to my husband like "you need to get your wife in order" (which he's lucky my husband has more class than to beat him up right then and there.) I am still here wondering how a customer asking for help disrespectful--especially when she's supposed to be working instead of standing around gossiping? Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and it honestly shocked me. I came into the store expecting basic customer service, not to be yelled at for interrupting her personal chat. This was beyond unacceptable. If staff are on the clock, they should be assisting customers, not prioritizing social conversations and then lashing out when someone needs help. After speaking to another employee, he told me her behavior was "not surprising." Just to give a description, her name was Janie, and she's an older lady with long grey hair. I love Aldi and how can you not love a loaf of wheat bread for 93 cents? A whole sandwich loaf of soft and tender bread. Other stores starting with p or w cost over 4 or 3 dollars. Inflation has not hit Aldi yet since they come from Germany. Also the half and half is less than 2 dollars for a big container and the above mentioned stores are way more money! Awful customer service. Yelling across the store at customers over a quarter in a pay it forward cart. Customer says, I'll just go someplace else. Again, yelling across the store to the customer, OK. A bit condescending and strangely unable to understand anyone looking for a cart. Is likely spending more than a quarter dollar on inventory. Our education system is failing. The produce alone is worth travelling across town for me. I spend less then $20 and get a bag filled to the rim with fresh produce. I love this store. The cashiers are friendly and the prices for the quality of the products are amazing. Now please bring one to the East side of town. read more

Shopping at Aldi is always a nice experience! Its different from most other stores. The food is good and cheap! Its so special because they make all their own brands and do it perfectly. Generally, Aldi is a favorite of mine because of the awesome deals and minimalist layout. This location is lacking compared to my experiences at other locations. Mainly, they are out of produce items too often and sometimes what they do have out has already gone bad. The staff, however, are always friendly and fast. read more

Been shopping here regularly for a few years now, and the experience was been better then I've gotten at any other big chain supermarket. Prices are good, and items are usually in stock. However the meat here is kept horribly as I've bought several packages and chicken here only to take them home and open them to find out they've already spoiled ( and are well before the sell by dates). I don't always want to like Aldi, but they come through almost every time. It can be a mad house n there because the deals are just that good. The food is always good. I particularly enjoy their salsa, their store brand cereals, almond milk, cheeses, and chips. Again, I don't advise shopping here if you like others to bag your groceries, if you appreciate your personal space, or if a Germanic efficiency does not do it for you. However, if you appreciate saving 15% on your weekly grocery bills, Aldi is for you. read more

I like Aldi. They are normally a great store, but the checkout clerks are not wearing gloves or masks. I'm going to have to think twice before returning. However, there was a gloved and masked employee doing a great job of sanitizing all the grocery carts. read more

Love. Get your staples here and save money. I buy everything from eggs to cheese to household goods (vacuum) here. Yes, you need a quarter to rent your cart, and yes, you bag or box your own groceries, but if you have kids put them to work. Mine love to help out! read more

Went grocery shopping yesterday and they had a new debit system. System went down in the middle of checkout for a minute or so and it resulted in us getting double charged for our groceries. We went in this morning to have it fixed an their customer service was awesome. They had us in and out in about 2 minutes with everything remedied. Love this store and love their customer service!!!!! read more

Great prices and good selection. Company is well known throughout Europe and is humane and ethical in treatment of the products and employees. I went into Aldi knowing their concept of keeping overhead low to keep prices low and I was really happy with the store. I was worried that the quality of their products would suffer but so far I've been satisfied with everything I've bought there, especially the produce. I don't know what the issue was with the other reviewer, but I was able to use my card fine. read more

From a utilitarian standpoint, Aldi is good. Low prices, etc. but there's basically no fresh meat or fish, and I do not think the quality overall is all that great. read more

I love this Aldi! The layout of the store is great so it is very easy to get what you want and to quickly get out. The prices are amazing. I'm a college student so this is the best place for me to go. They don't always have everything you need but the things they do have it good quality. read more

Very crowded. Staff were not rude but not friendly either. Customers were elbow to elbow jockeying to get around the store. Ingles or Bells have about the same deals on their store brands with a much more pleasant experience. Also, Aldi does not take credit cards (even if you're willing to pay the extra 5%). read more
