For some reason though, today just didn't feel right for poutine or a sandwich. A sampling of appetizers was the perfect diversion. And that it was! Order up! Chips and Dip, Pickle Board and the Brät Board. The pickle board was a variety of pickled vegetables and fruit. The Brät Board had two grilled Bräts a sampling of sweet mustard, whole grain mustard, kraut and a delicious soft pretzel. It all went together nicely. Now add some of the best house made seasoned chips in Tulsa and that amazing Liptauer. The seasoned chips are wonderful and a wonderful bargain $6. That includes one dip of your choice. Get two, garlic aioli, and yes, the Liptauer. The left-over chips and dip went home for a tasty snack the next day! It is always a pleasure to meet the restaurant owners, especially if they have an active on-site presence in the day-to-day operations. Today I got to meet Jane.
