The produce is hit or miss. I bought mini cucumbers and they were all shriveled. The manager does not understand her own company because she says the money back guarantee does not apply to produce but it does. Then she said I had it too long but I didn't. I did get a small bag of cucumbers for replacement finally. She's been this way before and I've had to contact corporate to get help. They do have some good things but I don't recommend it everything and they are limited. We usually get cheeses, some of the deli pizzas, a few spices, maybe a handful of grapes, or a bag of peaches, but not too many because they will go bad quickly. And it's just not worth it trying to fight that lady that manages the place when you get home and find out that half of your produce is going bad. I'm a huge fan of ALDI. And the more I learn about their company the more I like them! So you have to bag your own groceries and possibly wait in a longer line at check-out... the money you save by shopping here is totally worth it. Whether you're shopping for fresh produce, frozen goods, cheese, meats, cereal, whatever. If you haven't been here before you're gonna look at the prices and be like "WHAT." Everything costs less! There's not as much variety as you might be used to, but I've found the quality of ALDI products to always be top notch. I've put together the most beautiful charcuterie boards with all ALDI products for insanely low prices. ALDI also has a wonderful gluten free section. Their LiveGFree products are honestly so good. Cake and brownie mixes, breads, granola bars, pizza, pretzels, crackers, chicken nuggets, hot pockets, pasta, cookies... all wonderful and the lowest prices you'll see anywhere. ALDI even has a decent vegan section! ALDI is donating $1million to local communities and temporarily increasing employee wages during this uncertain time, as we all do our best to keep safe and support those impacted by Covid-19. Their stores are open and extra precautions have been put in place to keep everything as sanitized and safe as possible. read more

Have to update came back to Aldi for the first time in a while. They have done a nice update moved items around. Place was much cleaner. I like the changes that were made. I was surprised by what items they had in the small store. Like fresh pasta, prosciutto, whole ducks, blue bell. The produce area is small but they have some good deals check out the flyer in the mail weekly. Make sure to bring bags to put your stuff in we always forget. read more

I love aldi! You can get all your basic food needs for a fraction of the other stores. They carry a lot of items with their store brand but you will also find tons of brand name items typically less compared to bigger box stores. The store is small but has everything you need. They have beach towels for $8!!! That's a great deal because other stores beach towels start at 10 and are much smaller compared to aldi. Trust me on this I been looking for a beach towel for a loong time. Also during the winter they have 2 packs of leggings for $10 they are really comfy, the stretch and are available in many sizes. Seasonal items are great but get them when you see them because there's no chance it will be around next time you go. Most aldis only have 1 register open. When it gets busy they will page another cashier to help. On the Sunday I went there was only 1 cashier but the line grew quick and 2 other cashier were called to attend customers. After that the line went down and only 1 cashier was needed to manage it. read more

Lately, my wife and I've become huge fans of Aldi. Their prices are really good and we've had no issues with the quality of their products. Their spices are priced very nicely and are of good quality. Our store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Their produce doesn't seem to have the shelflife some of the mainstream grocery stores have. If you're cooking right away, there are no issues. I've been to the Park Row store in Arlington only once for curbside pickup. The store itself has enlarged considerably. The order I placed was ready in about 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. A very nice lady brought my order to my car in paper bags with handles! What a nice thing! However, the one thing I really wanted was not available. Trying to find it at another store is impossible without going there. No phone numbers, the other stores didn't have curbside pickup which is what I need. I might have to venture outside of my familiar area. Oh well..... But I will be going back. read more

I usually only go to Aldi if there is something in particular that the stores sells that the other stores dont. The few experiences that I've had going here were lesson learning. One time I bought groceries like milk, cheese, juice, cereal etc..after 2 days or so the dairy and juice expired faster than the date it showed. I thought it might have been my fridge but the same thing happened again when I went to a different location. I didnt want to waste anymore money on those types of groceries so I buy non perishables and havent had any issues as of late. Be careful and pay attention to any of the dairy and vegetables drinks bought from this place. read more

Aldi is by far my go to grocery store for the basics. I know that I can always get good quality and price on most things here. My one complaint is that the produce doesn't last too long but if you're going to be cooking with it soon it's just fine. The Aldi brand items are just as good as the name brand items. In most cases it's exactly the same with a different label slapped on it. They also have some amazing deals and finds sometimes. I mean where else can get get Snyder of Hanover Hot Wing Pretzels for $1.79. Those are over $4 at Albertsons. Pretty much unless you hate saving money you should be shopping here. Did I mention the fact that on the Aldi brands if you don't like it you can return it, get your money back, and get another item of similar value. It's a total win! read more

I almost hesitate to give a good review here (even though it's earned) because I don't want the masses to migrate here from the really dumpy Walmart across the way. I've only been to 2 different Aldi locations: the first one was in Pantego and then this location. Both stores are pretty similar: 1. Cheaper groceries (albeit being generic brands), and you can find the best deals on meat, fruit and vegetables. Always check out their weekly ads (new sales start Wednesdays) for even lower deals on certain fruits and vegetables. 2. Have 25cents handy to borrow a shopping cart, then get your quarter back once you return the cart. 3. You bag your own items. 4. Cash and debit only. A few differences I've noticed between the Pantego and Fort Worth location: 1. Fort Worth location seems to have less workers? Check-out lines at the Fort Worth place always seem to be so much longer. 2. The prices of the milk/eggs. The prices of everything else seem the same, but I've noticed that Pantego's milk and eggs are about 50 cents higher than what I can get it for at the Fort Worth location. read more

I really do love how cheap aldi is. I don't mind having to bring my own bags and such. This location opened not long ago and I was so happy. I even got some last minute Christmas dinner things here. Walmart was sold out. It does seem like the fresher stuff is often picked over. I'll try again a few more times but it's not worth it if I have to make another trip anyways. I also get the avocados from here because they are so cheap. For some reason they stay hard for so long. I have to buy them and then wait a long time before I can eat them. I wonder why that is. I look forward to grocery shopping at Aldi's because of the savings! I cannot believe how cheap the vegetables are! I go there to avoid the crowd at other markets, such as WalMart or Target (overpriced). Aldi's has all of my basic necessities and miscellaneous house items. It annoyed me how we have to provide our own bags or purchase them, but eventually I learned that this is apart of the Aldi's experience. I now carry my Aldi reusable bags with pride knowing that I'll leave with fresh food for a great price. Crazy deals! The highlights: European chocolates, cheap butter and dairy, La Croix sparkling water 15 can pack for $3.89 which is kinda insane because that's cheaper than CostCo, canned vegetables at .33 a can, dried goods, off-brand gluten-free snacks, and great deals on watermelon and organic tomatoes. Inexpensive dried fruit, trail mixes, organic agave, almond milk, almond butter. This is a a great place to stock up on basic staples like rice, beans, spices, etc. The bad: limited fresh produce. There are only 4 organic produce items. The quality is a hit or miss. Also, the shredded cheese products are their own brand and it contains all kinds of weird additives like artificial coloring and preservatives. No thanks. I haven't tried their meat products but seriously, I come here to stock up on La Croix. Bring a quarter to use their shopping carts. Be prepared to bag your own groceries. I absolutely love this store I bought wild salmon for a little over $4 a bag, fresh veggies, rechargable sweeper for a whopping $19.99 and a lot of other stuff..the prices can't be beat and even though you probably never heard of most of their brands once you try them u will be sold!!!!...I've made this my go to store forget "wally world"..fast checkout too!!!!
