Very disappointing experience at the Aldi located at 3076 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA. I placed a curbside pickup order (10-11 AM window) and arrived at 10:20 AM. By 10:40 AM, my order still hadn't been started. When I went inside, I was told they were short-staffed and no one was available to shop my order, and I was told I could do it myself--which wasn't realistic given I had a $200 order and was on a tight schedule. I asked to speak with the manager (Arturo). He was dismissive, refused a simple greeting, and stated there was nothing he could do due to staffing. There was no apology, no attempt to offer alternatives, and no effort to assist. I understand staffing challenges happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service from a store manager was unacceptable. I hope this location addresses how curbside orders are handled so customers aren't left in this situation again. read more

Yes the service of this location is good, the people are really friendly, but not only that this is the first Aldi I've been to that has self check out. The cashier said that they are the flagship store for self checkout. So that was cool, because that means you can get in and out quickly if you don't mind ringing up your own stuff read more

I purchased it at Aldi's this week from Cobb Parkway. I didn't even know it was Aldi's on car Parkway but I did not receive all of my items I did not receive teriyaki mix. I did not receive beef dumplings or chicken dumplings. They were not in my back, but they charge me for a price and then I went online to tell them what happened and I checked with a person who then tried to charge me a dollar, just to talk with somebody on the phone is scamming people and time people realize they scam people out of money . Love Aldi. Week ago I got so much good stuff for $22.00. They had fresh cucumbers, strawberries, spinach, blueberries and more. Nice clean store. I don't usually buy meat from there but I like to buy milk, cheese, eggs, chips, crackers and some frozen foods. Service was really nice. Pleasant staff. read more

Wow! Aldi you have outdone yourself with this new remodel! From the moment you walk in this place is absolutely gorgeous & immaculate. The staff is courteous and the products & prices are fantastic! TIP: most people don't realize if you bring giant bags like IKEA bags and put your stuff in the bags as you shop you can easily lift them onto the conveyor belt to dump out, then put them in the cart to fill again as they check you out. Best little grocery store in Kennesaw! This little gem is not only convenient, it's also chock-full of great deals and amazing prices on groceries and sundries. About the size of an average drugstore, but you can knock out your weekly grocery shopping here with money to spare. I have found that an ALDI grocery run is cheaper than a Publix or Kroger run, even with coupons. Most stuff here is ALDI branded (I particularly love the Fit & Active® line. Standouts are the turkey bacon and the low fat, low sugar 100 calorie fudgesicles), but you will find the occasional great deal on national brand cereal, snacks, juice, soda, and all manner of household goods, appliances, tools and electronic gizmos. Well, the store has had a nice facelift on the inside but I also noticed that it came with a price.. lol all there prices went up which in my opinion was a bad move.. there no longer a cheaper alternative to other stores... I have always gone to Aldi's to get little things that we need in my house like produce and snacks. well today i went in to get my produce and found that there was a HAIR inside the sealed bag of Romaine lettuce!! thank god i saw it before bringing it home, i went up and gave the lettuce to one of the employees on the floor and when i showed her why i was giving that to her she just looked at it said "oh ok" put it on her stack of things she had and went back to doing her work, ignoring the fact that this is disgusting and it made me feel like this was not the first time this happened or that they saw this!!! 2 visits both during April 2019. WOW has Aldi changed over the past 3 years, all good changes. SELECTION: MUCH larger selection of products including a new Wine section. Always find some new/interesting spices & seasonings. SERVICE: Employees are busy but if you ask a focused question they'll provide a quick answer. SCENE: As another reviewer noted other patrons seem to be 'lost in their own worlds' so don't be ashamed to ask 'would you please move your cart so I can get by'- they'll comply. I like Aldi's lower prices especially on dairy, meat and fruit/veggies. I have found many of the unknown brand names equal to famous big company products. However, going there you must brace yourself for rudeness of the patrons. People seem to be in their own world when shopping. They block pathways, access to the goods, walk in front of you all without an "excuse me" or any "oops, sorry". It is definitely every man for themselves. The checkout is so speedy, you barely have time to get your payment out. They put all your items in the cart loose so usually you have to pull off to the side to put everything in the bags you brought. So, all in all, it is worth it to go there to stock up on fruit, dairy and meat but do prepare not to receive any courtesy. This is really a patron problem, not any fault of the store itself. cheap food, in a good way mostly. Some things are still better to buy at a larger retail store (meats), but for the most part you can get a lot of shopping done in this little store. Brace yourself with the produce though. Its cheap for a reason as it perishes quickly. Also, the breads like croissants come out of a refrigerator, then sit on a shelf so do not expect to let it sit out on your counter. I go to this Aldis form time to time for the last 2 months, typically on Friday's after work. On November 27, 2020, as I was shopping, this light skinned, blonde manager who is thin gave me this look like she didn't like me, I thought; 'wow, that was intimidating, but whatever...' . The following Friday, now December 4, 2020 I go there again after work in the evening and the same manager was there; I ask a male worker if I could have a box from produce that looked like it was almost empty; the female manager comes over and ask's the male worker what I said as if she was some kind of drill instructor, cop, or other authoritarian figure and then proceeds to tell me 'no, if you find another box that is almost empty, you can consolidate that and take it then' - that was not respectful. Coming from a former US Marine, I do not appreciate the attitude or tone. The white, blonde's attitude needs to be dealt with. All the store employees looked intimidated, anxious working all quietly...made me wonder if this was Aldis or a military training camp. Reading other reviews from this location, clearly I'm not the only one who has felt this way from this particular female manager who is blonde. Clearly she doesn't like colored people. Aldis should do something about this particular manager as you may just lose more customers after me because of this individual. She should consider herself lucky to have a job. If she can't do something as simple as be professional, polite... you're in the wrong line of work; if you have a bad attitude, take it somewhere else. If you want inexpensive groceries and don't care about huge selections, Aldi is for you. A small store, you can get in and out quickly -- more so with the Out as the cashiers pretty much throw your items into the secondary cart a little too quickly. They need to slow it down so the stuff doesn't get smashed. They also don't have the same stuff each time you go, so you may have to "fill in" your shopping needs elsewhere if they are out of what you're looking for. read more

Prices are low as you would expect, but the cashiers will absolutely, without a doubt, throw your food. I have not been to an Aldi where the workers don't do this. They must be taught this in employee training. The prices are not good enough for me to get my bread, chips, and other similarly packaged foods thrown with such disregard for how this affects the condition of the items. I shop at Aldi because of the low prices and their simplicity; you're not going to find this store to be fancy, and they don't bag your groceries or offer carry out service. Be prepared to do that yourself. I have yet to find a product here that I don't like; but if you do, they have a money back guarantee that they honor with no questions asked (I made a return on something I did not realize was damaged until after I got it home). The quality of food is superb. Their produce is amazing, yet simple (probably not going to find every single thing that Publix carries).Their check out process is fast as long as there is no line. The cashiers are paid according to how fast they scan your items, so they are wanting to get you out of there just as much as you are wanting to leave!!! Great concept!! Don't forget to always take a quarter with you to get a cart...you'll get your quarter back as long as you return your cart. You won't have to worry about carts being left in the parking lot, and no dings on your car due to abandoned carts!!
