I would NOT recommend Sprouts Home Delivery. I decided to give this a try because of my busy work schedule. Unfortunately, I received several pieces of spoiled or decaying fruit. I returned these items the same day only to be informed by the store manager that Insta Cart was responsible for the substandard produce and missing food that I paid for. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience from Sprouts! I've always loved Sprouts very fresh produce. I informed the store manager that I purchased food off of Sprouts App and didn't understand what Insta Cart has to do with selecting groceries for their delivery customers? He was unable to explain? I know hard working customers like me deserve better produce and not items missing from their online orders; if we choose to use the Sprouts App. read more

I love going to this Sprouts location, it's clean, organize, spacious, and accommodating. Staff members are ready to serve you.

They have a really wide variety of healthy options, non-dairy, vegan, gluten-free. If you care about what goes in your body, it's a good place to go shopping for your groceries. They have a really good seafood counter, deli, and frozen desserts. The staff is very nice, we've never had to wait horribly long time in line, and the bathrooms are clean. read more

Was walking into sprouts with my children behind me. We went through the entrance as most people do. An employee pushing carts told my children to get the fuck out of the way. My husband asked him if there was a problem and he doubled down that he didnt give a fuck about the children and that they needed to move. I was just trying to get a cart. He was aggressive and made me think that he was going to attack myself or husband. Went inside to speak to the manager tracy. She apologized for his behavior but Manny (the cart pusher) was still allowed on the floor with women and children after repeatedly saying fuck your kids to me and husband. I understand that kids can be rambunctious and in the way but, we were just getting a cart and he told my four year old to get the fuck out of the way and kept using profanity around my 4,9 and 11 year old. Tracy didnt give me corporate's number. Manny needs to be terminated and all women should be aware of the type of violent staff sprouts employs. Customer Service Coaching needed: I drive the extra distance to shop at Sprouts. I've shopped at stores in Texas, California and here in Georgia. So, when the typical customer service changes you recognize it immediately. Nothing is more deflating when employees treat you like they're doing you a favor letting you shop at their establishment. This store WaS amazing and had a great culture of service to its customers. It has now and counties to tank, and specially the meat department. There is never an employee around to help get the meat from the butcher her case. This continues to happen and I have personally experienced having to call the main # in the store while standing at the meat counter to get help. read more

COVID-19 update. We've popped in a couple of times since the crisis started. I'm pleased that it's never been terribly crowded, bulk items are pre-packaged, shopping carts have been wiped down (though I bring my own wipe, just in case) and shelves are fully stocked. I also like that they're offering $5 sushi every day -- not just on Wednesdays. And it's good! I'm not thrilled with other shoppers. Too many people not social distancing, not wearing masks -- putting others at potential risk -- and pretty much acting like they can wish away the virus. To paraphrase Neil deGrasse Tyson, 'science is true whether you believe in it or not.' I think Sprouts should follow the lead of other stores, with markers where to stand on line, and arrows indicating the direction one should navigate aisles. I also think they should better reinforce a mask mandate for all employees. read more

Very uncouth supervisor who came over to my cashier to stop her bagging my groceries. This added to the insult of having to pay for bags. I did my grocery shopping here until this disappointing experience. Wrote about this encounter on the company's website and only got a very tardy response that it would be investigated. Great store. We don't have a Sprouts Family Market where I live. I love to cook and try new foods so grocery stores are fun for me. I was impressed with the store's organic selection, and the prices are not super expensive. I also liked that the market offers beer and wine- saves time so you don't have to visit two stores. Sprouts also has a vast vitamin selection. The store is small, but has a lot to offer. I also liked the signs throughout the store. The signs advised of things like varieties available, gave you tips on how to use the product, and nutritional value. read more

I decided to wait and give a review from my shopping experience on 10/04/2023 until now. I've always enjoyed this Sprouts location until several of my recent visits. The once friendly environment has taken such a negative turn. Before the overall atmosphere was nice and friendly and asking a question didn't feel like an imposition. For me the final straw was all but having my receipt thrown at me. Unprovoked honestly! Unloaded my purchase, paying for my purchase then waiting on my receipt... When I jumped because I was so startled when Omari threw my receipt at me he tried to cover it by saying something like "I was just umm, I don't know lol" I didn't find it funny. As I picked up my receipt he was already speaking with the next customer. Omari's negative attitude and energy will lose customers unfortunately. I won't be back and I always shopped here. But I do understand great staff is difficult to find! read more

I like Sprouts because they have lots of organic whole foods without the extra adds on prices. The location on East West Connector is conveniently located and they always have ample cashiers to get you in and out of line quickly and with a smile. Great deals almost daily. read more

Sprouts is an American health food supermarket. Trader Joes came to mind the second I walked through the door.They sell fresh natural and organic food. They have a wide selection of gluten free non dairy items. Make sure you read the labels carefully under the GF items. Some people that are gluten intolerant is dairy intolerant as well. That includes soy. For some reason many people think soy isn't a form of milk. The store hasn't been open very long. Therefore, I expected clean shiny floors. The staff were ok. I didn't see anyone do anything especially out of the way for anyone. They carry a huge selection of fresh fruits and veggies. The store is a bit pricey but no different than Whole Foods in that aspect. The store is smaller than I expected, but it seems to be a nice place to shop. If you lie Trader Joes, you'll probably like Sprouts. I didn't see anything that would have me drawn to it, but it's not bad. The parking is a bit tight. They have straight parking lines and straight parking can be difficult when the lot is crowed , but I managed to get out ok. read more

Have to give a shoutout to the Sprouts crew! The store doesn't have the same amount of SKUs as other larger grocers, but the staff completely make up for it. They are always friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. Since COVID started, they pre-sanitize carts and prepackaged bulk items. I left Whole Foods which is a block away from me to this Sprouts (which is 30 mins) for the mere fact that they always have things in stock. I never have to worry if things will be sold out, which is a relief for any meal planner. They also have soy-free hand sanitizer, which has truly been a life saver as my stock is dwindling. read more

Customer service today was the worst I've ever seen at this Sprouts. Five people behind the deli/meat counter. Two were talking to each other and laughing, so guessing it wasn't more important than a customer clearly needing assistance. A woman got within normal speaking distance, and I asked her for help. She looked at me, looked around at the others, and went back to her work without a word to me or them. One guy walked close to where I was standing a minute after that, so I thought he was going to help me, but he walked by, went through a door in the back and disappeared. All of these people locked eyes with me, how could they just ignore a customer like that? Is this how they want to be treated in a store? Luckily what I wanted help with was a spur of the moment purchase, so after waiting a few more minutes with no one coming forward, I went on about finding the things on my list. Despite me smiling and saying hello to a few other employees as I passed, I got no response. Like I hadn't even spoken. Even the usually very friendly older guy (my age) didn't acknowledge me. I stopped shopping at that point, went to the checkout with less than half the things I'd planned to buy. No greeting from the cashier, no response to my greeting. The only thing she said to me was "here" when she handed me my receipt. She had a lot more to say to the cashier next to her. Even Kroger is friendlier than this, and that's saying a lot. I guess Publix just up the street has me spoiled-- they make me believe they want my business. I notice the reviews within the last 4 months cite customer service issues. A shame that management wasn't able to turn this around before my visit. read more

I REALLY ENJOY SHOPPING at my local Sprouts Market! The quality of merchandise, the laid-back atmosphere, and the friendly staff -- make for a great shopping experience. Go anywhere else, literally anywhere else that understands customer service. Went in yesterday for one of their delicious sandwiches and I always shop while they prepare it. Couldn't find anybody behind the counter so walked farther down and had an employee find the sandwich maker for me. There were maybe ten people in the entire store on Labor Day and no other customers at that station. I told the guy I wanted a grilled ham and cheese on ciabatta bread. He asked me to fill out a form and walked away. I had already seen several other items behind the deli counter that I wanted. I decided that once he walked away, he had no further intentions of helping me and I wasn't about to beg for his help. There are just too many other places to shop and I don't reward poor service. Really, just go somewhere they appreciate customers. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

But I could not be more disappointed in the west Cobb Marietta location today where the front end and cashier experience it's arguably the worst in all of retail on planet earth. The management in the store is clueless about the front end lines are incredibly long and it should never take a human 15 minutes to check out of a premium retail brand in North Ameica... What's sad is I actually paid for the experience . I paid a premium price to wait 15 minutes in line today... I love other Sprouts locations... this one however... so I ran in to get a deli sandwich made, and I stood there forever. There were three people working prepping food. I was the only person standing at the counter. They all saw me. I felt like I was annoying. The lady who did finally come over. She was very unfriendly and didn't look at me even. Also, the bread on the sandwich was hard so I ended up eating the sandwich without the bread. read more

I enjoy the expanse of the healthy and beauty section - a lot of different options that I haven't seen at other organic and natural grocers. Generally I enjoy going here for organic foods and specialty items but the workers take up most of the room in the store stocking and rearranging. My neighbor and a close friend of mine said they stopped going because it is so congested. Please figure a way to stock with out blocking every isle or pathway! read more

I took a long break after the produce attendant stocking the apples dropped one on the floor, watched it bounce and roll, then picked it up and put it on the pile to sell. When I commented that the apple would be bruised and dirty, the attendant waved it in front of my face and challenged me to buy it. In my opinion, the produce is better at Publix, and they now have my business. However, despite higher costs than the competition, I ventured back to Sprouts after an 8 month moratorium only to find they are charging for grocery bags. Yes, Aldi does this, but they are not already overcharging for all their merchandise. read more

From a customer service standpoint this is the most poorly managed store of any kind that I have ever in been. I have been to the deli section three times. All three times I stand there watching employees engaged in sweeping, putting other meals together, walking by me and not making eye contact. Two times in a row now they did not have the proper ingredients, and the person making my sandwich didn't understand what I was asking for/didn't know how to make the sandwich. I had to read the ingredients to her multiple times to get it right. Today, they didn't have the correct bun at 12:45pm on a Monday and we got home to find out our sandwich was burnt. Every time I've felt like a burden to the person working there. The last two times I have been in, there have been long lines at the cash register with only one line open and employees everywhere. I understand how retail works, and everyone isn't trained to be behind the register, but where is management in situations like this? I'm not going back and I encourage you (as least if you want a deli sandwich) to think twice. read more

I was excited to know they were opening a Sprouts in the West Cobb area. Even though I'm usually a fan of Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, I thought to give Sprouts a chance. It's similar to TJ's and WF and they all cater to those who are organic junkies and on special diets. I went here since I was starting Whole 30 and I must say that Sprouts offered plenty of Whole 30 compliant items. This review is subject to change, because the location just opened on 1/25/17. I have been to Sprouts before. I think part of the hype about the place is that there are not a lot of health markets around in Georgia or the south for that matter with such a wide array of different health products. I came in around 4 pm, it being a Wednesday. The entire location where this place is located is new. For the location I think they did a great job spacing everything out. When I pulled in the parking lot was full, I would note that Sprouts is the only store in that location that has opened. Do not stress about parking though, once all of the hype has faded out it should be fine. I read someone else's review about it being smaller than grocery stores, but if the amount of people in there were any indication of the size of the building then I would have to disagree. It was definitely packed, but as I told a friend, if you just said excuse me and waited a couple of seconds before deciding to push someone out of the way, (which no one did thankfully), you can move around just fine. A little about Sprouts in general, as a health market their prices tend to be a little more expensive for a majority of items, but there are plenty of items that are very reasonably priced. For instance, some of the prices for fruit are a little exaggerated in my opinion, but the price per pound for items like steel cut oatmeal were .99¢ a lb, which I thought was a great deal! They also had all the foods that have transcended the popularity of farmers markers and worked their way into main stream retail places. Another Yelper had mentioned that the prices for said products were a little more expensive, five or take a dollar, but that must have been for the product that they purchased, because mine, Muesli, was the same price as it is at Kroger, Walmart, and even Publix. About the employees, they were very friendly, the majority of them. A few were local kids still in high school who probably got their first job. I asked one if they had scope-able Muesli, (which I did not expect him to know what it was), but I think that I was the first person who had asked him where something was because he had the total deer in the headlights look. Another employee on the other hand was really open to helping me and walked me to the location of the products I was looking for twice. I appreciated that, and she did not leave until she made sure that I had what I needed. A final not about the employees, they were really good at backing each other up. The checkout lines moved fast, and the one that I went to had a girl, again, probably still in high school, who had the look of total panic on her face, but the girl behind her was not only doing an exceptional job maintaining her register, but checking on the other girl and helping her with certain products that she did not know the codes for; ex. Fruits and vegetables. The reason I am giving this place a 4 out of 5 is because I want to wait to go back and see how it is maintained once everything has died down. For example, while there were a lot of staff, they did not seem to be checking on the condition of the floors and shelves. It is to be expected being a new store, but it would have been a more pleasant experience to not have to walk around a trail of rice or some type of nuts that looked like they had already been walked over a million times. Will update again here in a couple of months, but definite come and check it out. There is a little bit of something for everyone; just don't go overboard and wind up broke! read more

I am so happy with this store. I went to their morning opening today and it was great. Though they are a small grocery store compared to others, the veggie and meat prices are fabulous. Options for organic. And great non dairy options. I don't like shopping anywhere else. Thankful for this closer store with helpful workers. read more
