We got there on a Thursday around 9:30 AM. I was looking for celery which they were out of. A female associate was stocking the fruit and veggies. She informed me that they should have some Friday. I love how where this location is and how incredibly friendly the staff is. Check out is always super speedy and they don't throw things. Return frequently to get small things for the grocery list. Surprisingly the worst and most unsafe Aldi location in the OKC metro. Homeless people lingering at the front. Refugees trying to hassle you into buying their groceries with a sob story. People getting escorted out. Creepy people watching you load your groceries. Out of so much food. read more

I love Aldi. I was hesitant when it first opened several years ago, because it reminded me of food lion; I may be superficial. Now I can't live without it or several of their specific items. If you have not been because it reminds you of a second hand store or food lion or something that disgusts you then I recommend you overlook those feelings and stop in. Lots of access and parking, but the lot can be heavily occupied at times. If you don't mind a little walk then parking far is highly recommended, and avoid the store front street The clerks are super efficient and fast so if there's a long line don't let it deter you. They are quite focused, so don't expect small talk from them. read more

WOW! WOW! WOW! We, 2 Local High School Boosters, had one of the WORST experiences in customer service at this location! Never Again! We were buying in bulk for Thanksgiving Food Drive Baskets for our student families in need. Turkeys were priced at .87 cents a pound and advertised on the freezer door "Limit 2 per customer. We then found some Young Turkeys for .69 cents a pound, no limit posopp pted anywhere. We got 8, and attempted to check out with assorted non-perishable foods that totalled approximately $200. At the cashier, we're told we can only get 2...we call a manager and he confirms the policy, even though it's NOT posted anywhere. It get's better...we're than told we can only purchase 2 total because we're together...RIDICULOUS! I was going to buy 2 on my own and the other parent was going to pay separately for 2 more. We offered to show our drivers licenses to show 2 different last names with two different addresses...we were still told NO! The manager and cashier were extremely rude, condescending, and disconnected from their customer service duties! Never Again! Shop elsewhere...name brand prices are mostly comparable at CREST with competent and well trained customer professionals...take a lesson from the competition Aldi's! Clancy's All Natural Sweet Potato Sea Salt Krinkle Cut Chips. Praaaiiiisse. Really, there's nothing left to add in length. Go buy the above mentioned chips from Aldi. Please... Please go. You can thank me later. Also, something I noticed while practically finishing the whole bag by myself was the ingredients listed on it: Sweet potatoes. Salt. Oil. That's it. Even Whole Foods would be proud of how uncomplicated the ingredients are. Well sort of. Whole Foods will probably still look down on you because the sweet potatoes weren't ethically farmed and sliced, but you won't even care while you're eating these chips. I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes, but when it comes out of a Clancy's bag, I always (ALWAYS) make an exception. Regular potato chips? They're stupid and smell like poo. P. S. I love Aldi, but I do not like the cashiers at this location. Not saying I don't like all of them, because I've only been to this location 4x total. But, I absolutely HATE how EVERY TIME I checkout I get a woman that THROWS my items into the cart after scanning. I have come home with super bruised and rotten avocados due to this EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have to quit buying most produce at this location. Last time a girl was about to get off from her shift, and she literally threw with force all my groceries into the cart after scanning each one. I had to tell her to please not throw the apples, and she knew I was uncomfortable with her throwing of my groceries, but she still did it. I prefer the location off N May, but I live closer to this location. I wish the cashiers were more respectful with our groceries. I am also giving this location 1 star, because many of the produce seem to not be fresh like the other locations I have been to. I don't know.. I don't want to be rude by submitting this review, but I am also sick of coming home with damaged produce. read more

I really like ALDI because I love to save money. How about milk for $2.87 gal. (contains no hormones), or Honey Nut Oats for $1.59? Fresh squeezed OJ is $2.49. These are just a few of the great prices at ALDI. Here are some things you may not know about ALDI........ 1. Privately owned by Germans, there are thousands of ALDI stores in several countries---there are over 1000 stores in the U.S 2. There are some national brands but most are private label. 3.The stores are always clean and neat. 4. Sometimes there are lines at the checkout, but the line moves quickly. 5. You pay a quarter to get your grocery cart but you get it back when you return the cart to where you got it. 6. You won't find everything at ALDI but we are able to about 1/2 to 2/3 at ALDI, the rest at Crest. 7. Bring your own reusable bags or buy low cost sack at the checkout or use free boxes from the store--you sack and take to the car. 8. If you don't like the huge mega stores you will like ALDI. 9. You can pay by Discover and most bank cards. They also take cash! I hope this answers any questions you may have had about these stores. The food is good, the prices are great! If you don't like something you purchased at ALDI, they will cheerfully replace it and/or give you a refund. Give ALDI a try and see how much money you can save! read more

I LOVE shopping at Aldi because I'm able to save a huge chunk of cash when I buy the bulk of my groceries here. For the cooking class I teach, saving so much means I always make budget and end up with money leftover to buy more kitchen tools. That's enough to warrant a happy dance, don'tcha think? As a large chain, Aldi doesn't really service the locavore, and items vary, so this is a good first stop when I have to make a really large meal. I have been pleasantly surprised to occasionally find 'specialty items' like smoked gouda and wild salmon. Expect most of the selection to be standard grocery fare (knock off brands). What makes it a great alternative to Wal-Mart is that it is cheaper than Wal-Mart, the staff seems cheerful, and the store is little. I love how quickly I can walk the aisles and be done! Things to keep in mind: 1) bring your own bags 2) bring a quarter for your grocery cart 3) best bring enough cash to cover your purchases. Aldi is especially quirky about the form of payment they accept- you can use your debit card for a fee, or Discover, but no other cards are accepted. read more

Such a great way to save a buck! At Aldi's there's no frills, but tons of value. You have to deposit a quarter to rent a shopping basket (which you get back when you return it) therefore saving Aldi's from hiring people to take your cart back when you leave it in the parking lot, or earning them a quarter if you're too lazy to return it yourself. Pretty smart! They have really great fresh produce and a whole slew of packaged/canned goods. Everything is off brand, which is how you save so much, but I think most of it is comparable to branded food. But my main draw to Aldi's is their weekly sales on household goods. They have some of the best deals, but they're only available for a week so you have to be quick! After that the merchandise is usually sold out. If it isn't it'll go on clearance until it's all gone. So if you find something that you want there, you better snatch it up quick because chances are it won't be there next week. read more

After the remodel, all I can say is "Wow!" This place is so clean and even though it still carries the same off brand food it did before, Aldis has stepped their game up in few different ways. One main this is their meat department I slightly bigger and has a little more variety than previously. They had a pretty good selection of fish. I was able to buy this honey salmon that came with a plank for the grill. It was absolutely delicious! The only thing I can say is that they need more staff, but hey... who doesn't? read more

With a tight budget this is a great place to save money wile getting good deals and good food. I come here outa my way just to get milk and bread that you can get else where for cheaper and same. As far as the prices go Aldi is wonderful. My problem with this store is the cleanliness. This place is so dirty looking. It's hard to find things. The check out clerks always look like they hate their lives. It's overall a very gloomy place to go. I would much rather go somewhere else and pay a little more to feel like I am getting better quality in a cleaner facility. I know a lot of people love Aldi so to each their own. read more
