Every time I come here I try to get a new unique meat and I've been impressed every time. Some of the prices can be a little pricey but the quality has been good every time. The employees here tend to know more about the meats and can give you opinions on how to cook them. I love that they do weekend tastings at least once a month so you can try different things they offer. It's helped me find other favorites that I didn't know about.
