I have found a new meat market! I found almost everything that I can't find anywhere else and all in one place. The staff is always eager to ask if you need anything. The store is clean, vibrant and makes you want to spend money! From the chicken, to the seafood, to the lamb, to the goat meat to the steak!! They also have frozen meats! I enjoyed shopping here!

Had the pleasure to check out Wild Fork in Lake Nona which is a modern day meat and seafood market that specializes in variety, quality, and value in their meat and seafood through the process of blast freezing. Stephen, one of the employees at this location was able to provide me with a solid amount of information that explained the layout of the store, cuts/styles of meats/ seafoods, and the process in which they are stored for freshness and conserving the meats/seafood. This company strives to provide products that are easily accessible at the best quality and price they can offer by cutting out the middle man and providing their products from source to their store locations at affordable prices and deals. The store layout is easily organized with color and signage by meats, seafood, vegetarian, appetizer, and dessert. Prior to checkout, there are freezer bags, spices and any extra items towards the front to add along for the perfect meal and transportation from store to home with even ice packs available for the drive home. The best part is there is also a rewards program and delivery option! What makes this grocery store so unique? Other than the quality, value, and variety, the blast freeze process of the meat and seafoods are what it's known for that preserves the freshness of the food. Blast freezing basically seals in vitamins and minerals and reduces crystallization of the meats and seafoods which keeps the products more fresh and flavorful. With its packaging designed for freezer storage, meats and seafoods can last up to 12 months which cuts down on waste from other sources that expire faster that don't use the blast freeze process. What really caught my eye at Wild Fork was the unique options for meats and seafoods at a variety I have not seen at any other ONE location. I travel a lot and came back from Japan and Australia not long ago and saw they have wild meat options like ostrich, kangaroo, and alligator available which I thought I only had the opportunity to experience while I was in Australia. They even offer it in filet/steak cut options or ground which is wild to me that I don't have to tell my friends how I experienced it across the world but instead can literally prepare it for my friends here in Florida and have them experience it with me. Even having Japanese A5 Wagyu and Australian Wagyu available at an affordable cost is crazy to me that I can get my travel food fix at one of three locations in the orlando area. Other options I'm happy to find available are bison and elk which I used to only enjoy good cuts and prices when I lived in Alaska and would get it from the butcher. One of their main sources of U.S. beef comes from Nebraska, where I was actually born, at farm with cooler climate and lush grassland for these top cattle in this slow feeding region. Other than the meat options being a steal to find, the seafood also thrives with quality, variety and freshness from various safe sourced locations like Patagonia, Chile, and the Mediterranean. The price points for the seafood along with the quality/ freshness offered make me also feel at ease with what I used to enjoy eating while living in Alaska and having fresh caught salmon varieties. Regardless of meat or seafood, there are recipe cards placed in front of each location for inspirations for dinner and food preparations. Overall I'm grateful that my best friend who told me to explore this location. Stephen did an excellent job with navigating the store, with the mini tour of the layout and story of the Wild Fork. We were told there are events throughout the months that Wild Fork offers that promote their food and story. Over all 10/10 experience and location

They carry different types of food, fish, beef chicken you name it they have it. The customer service was outstanding. They showed us around the store. They even recommend seasoning to make the food more favorable for your pallet. The stew is very clean, organized and very labeled you can find everything you needed And if you needed help they were there.

Wild Fork is a place one can easily thinks its a high price novelty supermarket. However, it can be nothing far from the truth. Its very well priced supermarket. I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the employees were. The ambiance was very nice and clean. The food looked great! We bought a variety of meats, chickens and fish. We will provide feedback once we have cooked the items.

I wiiiiish this place was local to us! They also have a meat counter to buy meats. It was soooo buttery and delicious. The service is extremely pleasant and kind. There's spots for you to sit, and the parking lot is a decent size. I guess I just wish there were high chairs but we make it work! I would return if I'm in the area again.

Every menu item has some type/form of waygu in it. From American staples like burgers and hotdogs to Asian favorites like wontons and lumpia. There's a variety of menu options to choose from including breakfast items. Palm Beach Meats also has retail selling meat, local food products and wine. After much deliberation, we ordered the Australian waygu filet sando, Australian waygu strip sando, waygu chili cheese hot dog, and the Japanese cream brulee cream sando. Everything was delicious, however the standouts were the filet sando and the cream brulee sando (employee's recommendation-no notes!). We sat at the bar and the employees we were chatting with were really nice and easy to talk to, and happy to share what their favorite menu items were. Our time was enjoyable and we will return and recommend to others!

When we arrived the line was out the door and went around to the back. It was hot, but the team took great care of us. They made sure everyone had water, and for those of age they even offered one Smokemade Lager from Ten 10 Brewing. The line did move at a slow and steady pace. And I appreciate them for offering the waters, the beer, and for managing the line and keeping it orderly. Once it was my turn to order, I did my best not to order everything, but also did my best to pick some favorites. While there was only four of us, we wanted to have a spread and have leftovers. So I ordered two brisket sandwiches, one pulled pork sandwich, one philly sandwich, 6 ct- tallow fried wings (hot korean bbq), large side of cheddar grits, large side of pinto beans, large side of mac and cheese, and a large side of potato salad. When the sandwiches were being made I was immediately impressed by the amount of brisket and pulled pork being put on the sandwiches. While packing our food, I noticed they threw in a loaf of bread. When they handed it to me, I asked if the bread was our ls and they said it was. We didn't order it, but I am thinking since our order was over $100 it might be something that is included, not very sure. Once to my destination we unpacked all of the food and laid it out. It all looked so good, and the smell was out of this world. Everyone quickly made plates and dove it. It didn't take long for us to start commenting on how delicious everything was and that we loved it. The sandwiches were generously packed with super flavourful meat. The cheddar grits were amazing. Some of the best mac and cheese I have had. And the pinto beans were great and I loved the meat they include in the. While we all thought the potato salad was good, it was the least exciting of everything. I think we all prefer a wetter and more southern style. My wife did enjoy her philly, but did make the comment that it was more brisket tasting and not enough philly like. It was also packed with meat and looked amazing. The wings were a nice little addition, great flavor and cooked perfectly. And that free loaf of bread was fantastic, it was similar to a potato bread. Everything was so good and well with the wait. I look forward to my next meal here. The staff was phenomenal and so helpful. Everyone was in great spirits and did a wonderful job, especially considering how busy it was.

I have to be honest I wasn't impressed by my visit to Smoke Made Meats on Crystal Lake Drive…read more I had the brisket sandwich, but the meat was almost a paste, and the BBQ sauces didn't really deliver, super watery. The mac and cheese also left me wanting more it just wasn't as rich as I hoped. That said, their collard greens were outstanding truly the star of the show. And the butter gooey cake? That was a sweet win. I also tried their Frisco fries, and they were decent, but I wouldn't rush back just for those. The ambience is really laid-back. It's like any regular barbecue place. I saw at least 3 to 4 tables of people sitting down and enjoying their barbecue and they seem to have a steady stream of traffic. The cashier who is also getting our food order together seemed really nice. She had a great personality. I honestly don't feel the need to go back and visit again. I feel like I would enjoy barbecue more from four rivers.

The restaurant seating is omakase style, the menu has 3 options featuring Japanese Wagyu, tuna and curry menchi katsu with U.S. beef. Each order is presented beautifully in a set with 2 small sides, a bowl of barley rice, 2 different dipping sauces and a cabbage salad that you pair with goma (sesame) dressing. You also get a hot bowl of suimono soup towards the end of your meal. Unfortunately it was a bit to salty for my preference. To cook the wagyu, you place the pieces onto the hot stone butane grill in front of you and sear to your preference. There's no smoke and the market is open air enough you don't smell like BBQ. The meat is so tender and buttery. It was delightful. The potato salad was delicious and the pickled cabbage complimented the richness of the wagyu very well. My husband had the surf and turf. A nice big portion good enough to share. The tuna was fresh and breaded well but I preferred the wagyu for sure. Will definitely be back again.

Their service will make you feel like royalty. One of the most interactive and delicious dishes is the Single Wagyu Set. You get to cook the Wagyu to your desired temperature right at your table on their tabletop grill. One dish that absolutely blew my taste buds away was the Curry Menchi Katsu. The Japanese curry flavors were incredibly well-balanced, and the katsu was perfectly tender. Every dish comes with an assortment of side dishes. My favorite was the rice topped with yakiniku sauce and egg yolk, simple but yet incredibly flavorful. To finish it all off, be sure to order the Matcha Ice Cream Brûlée. It's the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

Friends, this place is proof that compromise can be beautiful. Sweet meets spicy meets (meats?) savory. Every bite felt like someone dared a pitmaster and a pastry chef to create the ultimate brunch, and somehow they pulled it off. The only drawback? Ventilation. It's stuffy inside. Plan on smelling like a smoky glazed donut the rest of the day. PS. If anyone wants to bring this concept to KC, I'd like to be considered an early investor. Parking wasn't an issue either. As I walked in, I was greeted by who seemed to be the owner and a young woman. Very nice, lovely staff. Everyone was so sweet. My only issue was that they didn't have a good portion of their menu ready and it's mostly because they didn't have the gravy for their dishes. The ones we wanted came with gravy and the staff let us know they were behind on making it. So we pivoted and tried their prime rib smash burger but unfortunately that felt a little disappointing. For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny. And the bun felt like grocery bread, the type you can get for a home bbq. It was still delicious but rather disappointing at the same time. We ended up having to order a third dish just to feel satisfied and at least it was very good. The bowls are worth it, maybe not the burger but the bowls for sure! I also snagged up a donut and truthfully that is one of the best donuts I've ever had. Another downside to this spot and why I didn't give it a 4 star is because how slow the service was. We watched a whole family get up and leave because it was taking so long, I actually felt bad for the staff and owner. The place has great tasting food, just needs a little shaping up. Maybe someone who can run the kitchen as a head chef. Overall, I still recommend the place but just know that you'll be waiting a while and some things may not be available.
