I have found a new meat market! I found almost everything that I can't find anywhere else and all in one place. The staff is always eager to ask if you need anything. The store is clean, vibrant and makes you want to spend money! From the chicken, to the seafood, to the lamb, to the goat meat to the steak!! They also have frozen meats! I enjoyed shopping here!

Had the pleasure to check out Wild Fork in Lake Nona which is a modern day meat and seafood market that specializes in variety, quality, and value in their meat and seafood through the process of blast freezing. Stephen, one of the employees at this location was able to provide me with a solid amount of information that explained the layout of the store, cuts/styles of meats/ seafoods, and the process in which they are stored for freshness and conserving the meats/seafood. This company strives to provide products that are easily accessible at the best quality and price they can offer by cutting out the middle man and providing their products from source to their store locations at affordable prices and deals. The store layout is easily organized with color and signage by meats, seafood, vegetarian, appetizer, and dessert. Prior to checkout, there are freezer bags, spices and any extra items towards the front to add along for the perfect meal and transportation from store to home with even ice packs available for the drive home. The best part is there is also a rewards program and delivery option! What makes this grocery store so unique? Other than the quality, value, and variety, the blast freeze process of the meat and seafoods are what it's known for that preserves the freshness of the food. Blast freezing basically seals in vitamins and minerals and reduces crystallization of the meats and seafoods which keeps the products more fresh and flavorful. With its packaging designed for freezer storage, meats and seafoods can last up to 12 months which cuts down on waste from other sources that expire faster that don't use the blast freeze process. What really caught my eye at Wild Fork was the unique options for meats and seafoods at a variety I have not seen at any other ONE location. I travel a lot and came back from Japan and Australia not long ago and saw they have wild meat options like ostrich, kangaroo, and alligator available which I thought I only had the opportunity to experience while I was in Australia. They even offer it in filet/steak cut options or ground which is wild to me that I don't have to tell my friends how I experienced it across the world but instead can literally prepare it for my friends here in Florida and have them experience it with me. Even having Japanese A5 Wagyu and Australian Wagyu available at an affordable cost is crazy to me that I can get my travel food fix at one of three locations in the orlando area. Other options I'm happy to find available are bison and elk which I used to only enjoy good cuts and prices when I lived in Alaska and would get it from the butcher. One of their main sources of U.S. beef comes from Nebraska, where I was actually born, at farm with cooler climate and lush grassland for these top cattle in this slow feeding region. Other than the meat options being a steal to find, the seafood also thrives with quality, variety and freshness from various safe sourced locations like Patagonia, Chile, and the Mediterranean. The price points for the seafood along with the quality/ freshness offered make me also feel at ease with what I used to enjoy eating while living in Alaska and having fresh caught salmon varieties. Regardless of meat or seafood, there are recipe cards placed in front of each location for inspirations for dinner and food preparations. Overall I'm grateful that my best friend who told me to explore this location. Stephen did an excellent job with navigating the store, with the mini tour of the layout and story of the Wild Fork. We were told there are events throughout the months that Wild Fork offers that promote their food and story. Over all 10/10 experience and location

They carry different types of food, fish, beef chicken you name it they have it. The customer service was outstanding. They showed us around the store. They even recommend seasoning to make the food more favorable for your pallet. The stew is very clean, organized and very labeled you can find everything you needed And if you needed help they were there.

Wild Fork is a place one can easily thinks its a high price novelty supermarket. However, it can be nothing far from the truth. Its very well priced supermarket. I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the employees were. The ambiance was very nice and clean. The food looked great! We bought a variety of meats, chickens and fish. We will provide feedback once we have cooked the items.

I had a really good time learning about the amazing products they had to offer, they also gave me some good cooking tips. I cannot wait to cook my Ribeye, Australian Lamb Chops and crab legs I picked up. My Angus sliders were absolutely delicious.

I did not realize it was also a restaurant with sit down service. I thought it was just a butcher shop. The inside is simple, but also nicely decorated. Seating can be at the bar or at tables. You walk in and order from the menu on the screen above the cashier. You are given a table number and your food is brought to you once it is ready. The prices are a little on the high side, but you are getting top grade Wagyu so it is well worth it. Claire was the young lady behind the counter who took our order and brought our food to the table. She couldn't have been nicer and she explained what her favorites were on the menu and answered all our questions. I ordered the Wagyu Beef Tapa and my friends each ordered the Wagyu Burrito. We added an order of fries to the menu based on recommendations from previous Yelp reviews. We all agreed these were some of the best tasting fries we've had in a long time. Along with water, two of us ordered glasses of the Pinot to enjoy with our lunch selections. Our items were quickly brought to our table. However, the orders all did not come at once. My tapa plate was provided at least five minutes before my friends got their burritos. Not sure if this is their normal serving process, but keep this in mind if a large group comes for lunch or dinner. We all enjoyed the delicious Wagyu beef in our selections. The tapa came with garlic fried rice, atchara and a fried egg on top. The amount of Wagyu was maybe about 3 ounces, but the entire plate was filling for lunch. Both of my friends enjoyed their burritos, which included Wagyu, black beans, rice, cilantro creme, cotija cheese, pickled red onions, and fried green tomatoes. They also liked the toasted soft tortilla that's surrounded the burrito. All in all, a nice lunch at this cute restaurant/butcher shop. Various types of Wagyu meat and other supplies can be purchased also.

So we ended up with a portion of the pork rib, the pulled pork and the pork belly. The pork ribs was really good, although my husband didn't like the glaze that they had on the rib but the meat was delicious. The pulled pork was very good not fatty, which is fantastic. The pork belly is cut into giant chunks. It is very tasty. It does have a decent amount of fat on it. This location also has a variety of sides to choose from. We opted for the collard greens and the mac & cheese. The collard greens were good. They could've been cooked a little bit longer. As some of the pieces were a bit crunchy. The mac & cheese was good although the cheese sauce felt a little gooey and we attributed to that they may use a rue to make their sauce. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front entrance was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the market. The ambience feels like a neighborhood Italian shop, with shelves lined with imported products from Italy that make it fun to browse while you wait. It's a small, casual space that feels authentic rather than overly polished. We ordered the Italian sub with sun-dried tomatoes instead of the standard toppings, along with the chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce. Both sandwiches had excellent flavor and tasted fresh. The sun-dried tomatoes were a great addition to the Italian, although I do think it could have used a little more meat. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit more generously filled. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious overall, but the cutlet itself was a little dry. I asked for extra sauce, and initially the employee seemed reluctant and tried to charge me for it. After I showed him how dry the sandwich was, he gave me the sauce, which made a huge difference and brought the sandwich together. That interaction was really my only service-related critique. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the sandwiches are satisfying, and the market has a unique charm you don't find at most sandwich shops. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the authentic atmosphere and quality make it a place I'd happily come back to. I'd love to work my way through more of the menu on future visits.

I will be going there after every Saturday hike forever more. The lists did not lie. Stasio's delivered the best sandwiches I have had in Florida. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours. At $4.99 for a loaf, it is an amazing value and a great treat!). Both the egg and pepper and the Caprese were prepared simply and to perfection. Fresh ingredients pack a lot of flavor and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Amazingly, I don't think Stasio's adds any fats to their sandwiches -- The egg in the egg and pepper, and the mozzarella in the Caprese do all the work. There are seats at a bar along the front window and a few tables outside, but I chose to eat in my car. At a peak time (like Noon on a Saturday), there was not a lot of available seating but it did seem that chairs opened up fairly quickly. After a 10 mile hike, I just did not think it was fair to anyone who might be seated next to me to have to sit next to me! No photos but others have shared enough that you can picture the experience!

For the price that it was, you'd think that you'd get a decently portioned burger or some sides with it but it was super tiny.
