This is the fanciest Publix I've ever been to. If i remember right it was built in 2021. It has an entire different layout than any other Publix. The deli is in a square but when you see it it's so cool. All the fruits and veggies are in coolers. it's funny but they have the cutest bathroom lol girls when you go you'll love the mirror. They have a large amount of self check out. It had a bar they serve wine and beer. I had a local cider which was really great. The bar has a happy hour and everything. This Publix was so cool. It's an Orlando hidden gem lol I can't wait to go back!!

This is my favorite Publix, I just had a wonderful experience with Tyler and the hot food/deli department but all of the employees have always been super helpful and nice when I visit here! There is another Publix right across the street, but this is my favorite one.

If there is such a thing as a favorite Publix - this would be it. You get the customer service of a Chick-fil-A but in supermarket form. (If you know what I mean). Everyone is super friendly and helpful from the hellos as soon as you enter the building, to the individuals on the aisle asking if they can assist you with finding anything to the pharmacy. It's a smaller location so some items are limited but it is always a great experience. They even have a bar where you can get wine and beer.

This was my first visit to a Publix Pours inside of a Publix store. It's sort of funny because there is another Publix right next door but this smaller store has all of the charm. When you first walk in, there is a small bar to the left of the site. You can either sit down to enjoy your drink there or walk around the store with it. In the future, they plan to do flights of beer on tap as well. Could be a good way to try the beer before purchasing in store. If you don't fancy a pint, there are also wine, smoothies, mocktails, coffee and açaí bowls to pick from. Overall, it was a unique shopping and I would highly recommend going this Publix a visit!

Had an amazing experience here today while picking up a sub. I'm one of those people who doesn't care for jersey miles, jimmy johns, subway etc. Publix subs always hits the spot for me! This is a BRAND NEW gorgeous CLEAN Publix! I had the best service at the deli with Stacey who made my sub. She was the absolute sweetest person I've ever encountered making subs! She also did not bat a single eye when I asked for a difficult sub. On my way out I was treated by another fabulous employee who asked me if I saw the bar. UMM WHAT?! This Publix has a B A R that serves beer & wine! Apparently she says they make smoothies and acai bowls as well! I'm soo happy I just purchased a house a mile away and this is my new local Publix. Years ago I shopped at the one in the plaza across the street. Love that one also.

There is a reason, well, several reasons that I can point directly at to explain the rise of Publix to the very definition of what a supermarket should and could be here in the southeastern United States. First, Publix has amazing customer service. You are continuously greeted by the employees as you walk through the supermarket. They also will address any question or concern you might have. Customer service is just one thing that sets Publix apart. Another thing is their weekly BOGO (buy one, get on free) deals. Every week they have a slew of great deals. We also cannot forget their subs, affectionately known as pub subs. These are great subs. One of my main go to subs their Italian. I also like their roast beef and cheese. My daughter, who is not a huge sandwich fan, even likes their chicken tenders subs. My son, who does like sandwiches, likes their Italian sub, as well. Kind of weird to realize that some of the best subs come from a supermarket, but Publix definitely delivers. Oh, another thing that I am a fan of is the Publix diet iced tea, available over by the deli section. The deli is also pretty impressive. You can get cakes and whatnot, but I really like their bread and they also have pizza dough do that you can make your own homemade pizza. All in all, Publix is a great supermarket and it is my go to supermarket. If you have been to Publix, I am sure you will understand. If you are not familiar with Publix supermarket, try them once and you will be a fan. Publix has come a long way since they began here in Florida. They have expanded throughout the southeast and continue to grow. As I said, I do recommend Publix, definitely the best supermarket around.

I have been to many grocery stores in my lifetime and one of the best grocery franchises is Publix where shopping is a pleasure. It's been a Florida tradition since 1930 when Mr. Jenkins opened the first ever Publix in Winter Haven, FL bringing great customer services and fantastic everyday foods to the masses. Publix has come a long way since its humble beginnings almost over a hundred years ago, you can now find Publix's all throughout Florida and the surrounding states. It's considered one of the best places to shop and to work at as well. I even worked there twice in my life once in high school during my junior & senior years then once after I had graduated from high school, both times were two of my best jobs I have ever had period. Now lets talk about the Publix located in Sodo District of Orlando at 3171 S. Orange Avenue. This Publix is smaller than most Publix's I have been in it used to be a Lucky's Market until Publix bought the building and turned it into a Publix which is across from another Publix. My job as a Pepsi Merchandiser takes me to many different Publix's around the central Florida area but what makes this Publix stand out from the rest is its new department called Publix Pours. Now I bet you are wondering what the heck is Publix Pours, well I am going to tell you my friends its an all in one coffee, juice, and alcohol bar. That's right I said all in one bar where you can get your morning coffee to start your day off strong, where you can get that super duper delicious smoothie with are the different fruits & veggies your heart desires and lastly get that adult beverage like a beer or a fancy glass of wine because you want to be sophisticated drinker. Its for anyone who has ever had the desire to get a little tipsy while they shop for all their grocery needs. when you walk into this particular Publix you will find Publix Pours snuggled in the corner off to the left from the entrance of the Publix, there is also an entrance that leads from the Pours area to a outside sitting area. The decor of Publix Pours is set up like a Starbucks with a counter that you can sit at where a Publix associate will take your order like the baristas to at Starbucks. The coolest thing about Publix Pours is the different beers they have on tap domestic and craft beers galore. The last thing about this location is their amazing customer service which is always the same no matter what Publix I may find myself in because like I said earlier Publix is Where Shopping Is A Pleasure, which I find is one of the best slogans a business can have as their go to slogan because they can always back up what they say. So as always if you find yourself driving through the Sodo District of Orlando on South Orange Avenue drop in grab yourself a coffee or get that adult beverage you been clamoring for and always remember Publix again Is Where Shopping Is A Pleasure and now its also the place where you can get your drink on lol. Hope you have enjoyed my review and hope it helps your with making some of your decisions thank you again all my friends.

At first I was confused on why there was a Publix next to a Publix but this small Publix has so much to offer! I stopped by the Pours area and John was very helpful he basically gave some insight on everything they serve from wine to açaí bowls! This Publix has everything your regular Publix would have just smaller, modern and Very clean!

Our neighborhood Publix off of S Orange got a second Publix, literally across the street! But this second addition, isn't just an ordinary Publix supermarket...this one has a bar!! In the mornings, I've grabbed a coffee (they have new Seasonal Flavors like a PSL) and I've also grabbed a smoothie. In the afternoons, a glass of wine or a flight of beer are in order! Not only is there a bar area where you can chill and enjoy your beverage of choice, there's also a cup holder located in the corner of the shopping cart for you to sip and shop! Publix might turn into the local hangout spot on a Friday night!

Sip on a beer while grocery shopping!
    Amber M.

While I really miss Lucky's, this new Publix is a great replacement. I especially like that they kept the bar inside the store so you can order beer or wine and drink while shopping. They also make fresh açaí bowls and smoothies. It's not as big as the Publix next door, but personally I think the layout of this store is better.

Newly build Publix in town, drove past by many time thinking that it was just any other Publix. Saw an article that it has a bar inside and serves drinks (alcohol). The store are newly modern design without the crowd, probably not many people know about this location and there were another Publix in the plaza next to this one. When I went here, employees were busy setting up the store. The bar serves alcohol and shakes along with other soft drinks , but the location of the bar is not at the entrance instead it was near the exit. Overall this Publix have newer and very customer friendly design.

If that was the case each time, I'd bring the toppings myself since they hold up a line or question management how to make it, read their paper, etc. When we went to the Publix by Lake Eola, the worker who prepared my sub was much quicker and efficient. I say so because it reflects the reality of this store...a TRUE exception to the brand. The store is somewhat well organized with wide, clean aisles and well marked departments. I didn't bother too much with bakery or deli, but they seemed adequate enough, albeit with minimal variety. There are two sets of shorter aisles in lieu of one set of very long aisles. A third longitudinal aisle bisects the place all the way across making for shorter trips on more aisles rather than nearly as many in the longer aisles one generally finds in grocery stores around here. There's a more pronounced selection of ethnic and international stuff than what I normally see at W-D. There's even a good sized kosher section full of overpriced (but theologically correct) groceries. It is apparent that the store caters to the vast multitudes staying in all the resort properties around here whilst blowing their budgets of bucks, Euros, Pesos, Rials, Rupees, Rubles, Yen, Yuans or Pounds Sterling on ridiculously rich rodents or wondrously wealthy whales. That said, I did enjoy my trek thru here and thumbing my nose at the granddaddy grocer in the green getup from the sunshine state. Cashiers seemed friendly too, as is not always the case with W-D. The store, as alluded to earlier, is very clean, quite big and totally un-Winn-Dixie-like. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.

Sometimes it is close to the date other times who knows what the manager was thinking. Mark down meat and prepared food will have a yellow tag showing the before and current price. Specialty drinks - Coffees, teas and canned beverages. Plus no alcohol cocktails. In the coffee section they have grinders, so you can buy whole bean and grind it yourself in the automatic machines. They also have a beer and wine section. Clearance by the bathrooms and also markdown bakery near the case where you select your own pastries. They have a lot of vegan and gluten free items that are made fresh. They sometimes have bakery items to match the monthly sale. June was cherry month and all kinds of cherry related products. Samples. It is not a Costco situation where people are pushing and shoving. Just little sampling displays plus at peak times there is a small tiki bar has featured items and samples. They also have some cups by the checkouts. Friendly staff. They have people on the floor stocking and cashiers. They honestly listen and try to solve your question or problem. They have the same staff so it seems they try to retain their staff. They know me! Haha They have good sales, digital coupons and sometimes coupons will print on your receipt. In June 25 I got a paper coupon for $5 off $15 of produce and it even applied to sale items. Pro tip. I go in once a week and clip all the digital coupons even if I am not going to use it right away. Occasionally they have a digital that nets to a free item. You can also hook your Sprouts account to Ibotta by your telephone number at checkout. Then you don't have to scan the receipt. The two systems work together for automatic credit if you have the item rebates checked in Ibotta. They carry a lot of health items but have better prices than WFM. They carry organic and supplements as well as many items to meet your dietary needs. I found some holistic plant based cream when I had a rash on my eye that worked like a charm. It's BYOB. Bring your own bags!!!! They sell recyclable ones or will sell you a plastic one for 10 cents. Not that they are encouraging that but the 10 cent plastic bags are sturdy and can also be reused.
