I mostly found what I was looking for. The produce looked fresh. The checkout lanes were quick. The store was relatively clean.

We buy most of our groceries here and have been an Aldi customer for at least 10 years. Overall we have been very pleased and always recommend them whenever we get a chance. However today we're bought a bag of frozen salmon and when we thawed a few pieces to make for dinner it was spoiled. My wife has saved the receipt and I bagged the spoiled pieces and the remainder of the frozen pieces and brought it back to this location where we purchased it. Unfortunately my wife has thrown the over bag with the barcode on it away and has paid with her card. The cashier was unbelievably rude and advised me of having bought it elsewhere. Then claimed I hadn't bought that fish from them. Then because I didn't have my wife's card with me she also objected but then agreed to give me a store credit but in the meantime a manager has arrived and ultimately approved the refund but told me she didn't believe me. So this was a bad day in terms of Aldi being good to it's customer and I am very unhappy with how I was treated I did get the refund on a store gift card and bought other items so Also ended up with a bigger sale. And I will still shop with then because they are a great store but these team members need some serious coaching on how to resolve customer issues with courtesy and grace. read more

ALDI, a chain that surprisingly has its own store in Hialeah and yet I've never gone. Finally went when I went up to Wellington as my aunt loves this place. Have to say I can see why people love it. Food is very cheap and there's plenty of variety. While I don't think I would make ALDI my go-to store, I can definitely see it as a place to pick up a few items. That and I find it weird that cashiers are sitting down. I mean, yes, it makes sense as does the 25 cent deal for carts, but eh, it just isn't what I'm used to. read more

This Aldi store is the only one nearby that offers grocery pick up. We order pick up every week. Every single time we come in to pick up our groceries there is no parking because store customers parking in the designated pick up spots they then get off and proceed to shop inside the store. I have complained to employees but no one cares. No one does anything about it. It's very frustrating. Why offer pick up services if you won't ensure that parking is used only for pick up services. read more

How can you go wrong shopping at Aldi?! Great prices for everything they sell. You will find a lot of seasonal items. I'm a huge fan of anything and everything truffle. Not talking about the chocolate. The advertisement comes in the mail every Tuesday, best to look at all the items and deals before heading over. A lot of things are a once gone that's it kinda thing. So if you love something, better run over and stock up. They have this super cheap owl wine that I love. The bottles are $3. Their wine doesn't taste cheap and I'm never left with a headache. My only complaint is the meat. Horrible cheap meat they have. I gave it a shot twice, never again. I'll stick with Publix for my meats. Out of everything, the fruit and veggies is where the great deals are. I can't believe how cheap they are. This is a one thing you have to stock up on. The prices are half then what you see at Publix. All their locations are out of the way for me so when I'm in the area, I will stop by. read more

I love coming to this store! They have their own brand name products that are reasonably priced and taste good! Plus, if you don't like it they will give you a full refund! This particular store in Royal Palm Beach is always clean and the staff is very friendly! There are some items that do disappear off the shelves very quickly and aren't always available to be restocked but they seem to get truck deliver is very often so they are usually available the next day. Al in all this store has a clean friendly environment to shop in with great products and a pleasant staff. I will definitely keep coming here! read more

If the store in Royal Palm Beach is out of a product time after time and my $5.00 coupon expires, I was told it wouldn't be honored. So I guess me the customer is penalized because you don't have the product. I feel it should definitely be honored in this instance. Not to mention the price of gasoline to go back and forth to the store everyday only to find you're still out of the product. There goes your savings. Your get alot of apologetic gestures but nothing is ever done about your complaint. To me this means customer inconvenience means nothing. read more

It's Aldi. I know what to expect. They deliver on great quality and prices at the cost of *some of your convenience & patience as their are few employees creating long cashier lines BUT they are fast! Lanes are narrow. Good selection. Parking is easy & just have your quarter ready for your cart & don't be like me - remember your bags! Lol. I always buy my water here, best price. Used to have the best price on salmon for about a year but not any longer. Great frozen food selection & sodas and can find good non-food item deals every now and then (I've gotten pool floats). The same German company also owns Trader Joe's, great prices, off brand dry foods but quite good. Meats and cheeses are excellent and reasonably priced. They have euro cold cuts and sausages. Some organic produce. Must shop for value minded people. read more

This place is right down the street from my home. It has a very nice, clean store that is easy to navigate and find items. I enjoy the prices and I also enjoy the organic selections too because they're not overly expensive. Overall I enjoy shopping here. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there are no bicycle racks to lock our bikes up to, and when I brought that to an employees attention, the employee gave me attitude about it - very disappointing. Sorry, but they lose a star for that one! But over all it's a nice store (excluding that one bad apple today). read more

I like to shop here because I can pretend I am back in the 1980's with the prices. Today I got 48 items and I spend $89.66. If I had went to Publix or BJ'S , I would have spent a whole lot more. The only thing I dislike, was the checkout process. The young man, Rafael, who was my cashier, was rather rude and not pleasant. Maybe he was having a bad day. I know that the cashiers are timed but some of them rush through the checkout process like it was a race, but they could be a little less rough with the items of bread and produce and not toss the produce enough to damage it.This boy was upset with me because I had placed some of my items in my take out bags on the belt, which if you are at a normal store, such as Publix, you can leave your items in the little hand basket and the cashier's do not mind. He replied "You had to take them out of the bags." You could save time by taking out the items out once the bag reached the register. So this make me put the items back in my cart and the woman behind me had already started placing her items on the belt without a separator bar. So I messed up this kids freaking time and the last item of mine, my package of english muffins, sadly ended up on the floor, which the women behind me, said "Is this yours?" Rafael actually threw those into my cart after he rang them up. I said to him, well I guess I am not fast enough for this checkout line. I was insulted to say the least. I know this is South Florida but why do people have to be so rude and mean. They act as if they are the only ones on the planet that matter. This visit all of the food was fresh because it was early in the day. I have been to this same location late in the afternoon and the eggs were all cracked and not worth buying. The store should train their employees to smile and be pleasant towards the customers, cause let's face it without customers your store would just be like a dead mall and fade into the horizon like so many brick and mortor stores are doing these days. read more

Shop here and save. The prices are incredible, produce is cheaper than the produce stands. Haas avocado a are 79 cents, vine tomatoes about a buck and a half, always changing inventory but produce is about half of our favorite publix. Chicken is cheap as are turkey burgers but the red meat looks crappy so we never buy that here. Their house coffee is excellent and their sliced cheeses are less than 4 bucks s pound. We have had our local Aldi's for a little over a year now. We seem to be in the store 3 or more times a week picking up fresh produce and dairy. Lately I have had to return romaine hearts, celery and packaged peppers as they got moldy within a few days. There is no problem returning the items for exchange, but it is a nuisance. The bananas are often very green or very ripe and always appear bruised on the outside. However, due to pricing, even if there is some spoilage, it is worth it to purchase these items and discard some of it rather than paying Publix prices. The cashiers are very friendly and do a good job of getting everyone checked out quickly. I think they are timed by a computer for how long they take to start and finish an order. Seems a little stressful to me. The 25 cents loan for the shopping cart is a good thing and we get to say hello to a lot of people to exchange quarters in the parking lot. That makes it all neighbor friendly. Now if I could just get the employees to ask customers not to bring their dogs in to the store (not service animals) and especially not put them into the carts. We do enjoy trying some non-brand items in the food aisles too. read more

I get certain items here that are much lower priced than other stores but still end up going to Walmart to get the entire shopping list done. I buy a lot of no salt items which they don't carry. Also, I wish they had an express line. I don't mind the quarter for the cart or bringing my own bags. If you forget, you can buy brown bags there. Also, they scan items very, very fast and I have checked my receipt and found that items were double scanned on multiple occasions so make sure you watch for that! read more
