I asked the owner and they have been opened for a few months already. I was able to walk the store and liked what they have in stock. The only think they didn't have were the Ole xtreme wellness tortilla wraps. My delight was the seafood section. They had seafood and OYSTERS!! Oh my! I had to eat some immediately. I asked the guy behind the counter to open them for me. I could tell he doesn't open oysters, but it didn't matter. He was pleasant about it and got the job done. I went and picked a lemon and had him cut it and ate the oysters right there. They were fresh, a good size and a good price.

From all the different quality products, the amazing customer service, and the overall environment... it's always a great experience. I feel like the staff really create an environment where customers feel they can ask questions and really get an educated response from the staff. Ms. Deb took time with me, and several other customers, to explain the uses, benefits, and research behind many of the products. During my first visit, there was a teacher, a nurse, and another lady that were all having a discussion with Ms. Deb about a few of the Health Food store's products for immune support and healthy hygiene products. Not only was Ms. Deb able to answer with informed information, but she also knew about the vender's themselves. I was very impressed, I'm pretty sure we all were. If I were a vender, this would be a place I would be proud to have my products on the shelf of, because I can tell they believe in what they sell. Now, before ordering off of Amazon or going to Publix or Walmart, I check to see if the Health Food store has the product first. Not only do they normally have it, they have different quality options and some from local suppliers. I bought some delicious honey and several products I didn't expect to find under same roof... such as pure hair and skin oils like Moroccan oil and sunflower oil. They have such a large assortment, and there is so much to explore. Thank you for having your store in our community We need more stores like this, with staff who are so knowledgeable, kind, and care about the customers. One of the times i visited, I had left but forgot to buy something, I came back 10 minutes after the store had closed. Ms. Deb saw me at the door and was walking another customer out. She didn't have to but she allowed me to come in and make the purchase. I wouldn't have minded to come back, the store had closed , but she was so kind and sweet, she didn't mind at all and invited me in to make my purchase. This is the kind of store our community is blessed to have and we as a community need to support.

When we told meat department, they checked, but nothing fresher available. She took away old, but when we walked away & my husband turned to go back for something else that same staff member added the old meat back to shelf. We were disgusted so we definitely won't buy meat at this Publix again. Why would a reputable store take a chance on getting their customers sick? I got there a little early and it was busy -normal for Sat night- but nothing is coming out for pick ups. All lines were cleared (the ham/cheeses, the sandwiches, and the "buffet" style food area). I even stood in line because nothing was coming out and we could see there was literally NOBODY making sandwiches in the back and like 10 tickets just there waiting. We were the very last ones in line to make it worse... so everybody else got their food even a Publix employee. When we get to the lady she pulls the ignored tickets from the back and told us she would make them for us (so nobody had been working on them and it's already been 40min). I went to speak to the assistant manager (Andrea) and told her that the excuse I was given is that "the person was too busy" yet not even there making anything... again, it's fully visible; So I told Andrea that the Deli needed assistance. At this point the lady is making our Sandwiches and Andrea offered to comp them but we didn't want free food and we politely decline although we felt like our time was wasted. Buuuut to top it all off, my husband got his sandwich wnd the lady made my sandwich wrong even with the ticket in front of her with the details. We told Andrea we didn't want anything anymore ... this was a waste of time and a serious joke. This place needs supervision because even the assistant manager did not have a clue of what was going on and made the comment that "sometimes they need babysitting" which makes me believe the employee just left the area and nobody did anything about it. We chose the Ultimate Sub with Boars Head ingredients; everything was fresh and delicious. The store is in a very busy location so keep that in mind if you decide to place an order during a lunch or dinner rush. We lucked out and were served immediately since we arrived during their lull. Overall, the store is kept organized, and immaculately clean like most other Publix stores. Check out was a breeze and there were plenty of staff available to support peak shopping hours. I also noticed that one of the Publix employees was helping an older customer load his groceries in his car, which is a great way to be of-service, great job! They have me the address which was about an hour seat from us. When we got there, the guy said, this is only coming up $5. We were perplexed and dumbfounded. Anyway, regained our composure and just left. Everybody's starting and feeling sorry for us.
