I had to walk around to locate the health & beauty aisle, which was on the far left of the store. The store carried Palmer's cocoa butter products, including the new Tahitian Vanilla Body Lotion, at a fair price. Once I found what I needed, I had a bit of a wait at checkout. No matter which checkout line you stood in, they each had a line...even self-checkout -- it was mad crazy inside.

There simply weren't enough cashiers or employees on the floor to help people find what they needed, which only added to the frustration. The store itself was messy and disorganized, making it difficult to shop. If this hadn't been a necessary stop, I would have walked right back out. In fact, after this visit, we never returned during the rest of our stay in Orlando. Instead, we chose to shop at Publix, where the experience was far more pleasant. I know Publix is more expensive but I'd rather spend a little more and not fear for my life! I understand stores can get busy, especially around holidays, but this location felt completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it based on my experience.

They have some stuff that you might need for your hotel room, like food and snacks or deodorant or something. They also have lots of souvenirs. There were some confections like the lollipops and they had the Mickey-head shaped Rice Krispie treats. They had clothing for kids and adults. Pins, of course; I bought a couple mystery packs. There was a beach towel that I considered getting and now that I know my luggage was so far from the weight limit I wish I would have. They have Pandora charms, and I'm so sad that they didn't have the Boardwalk-specific charm to commemorate our visit here. But one of the coolest souvenirs we got was this color-changing mug; it becomes colorful when there is hot liquid inside. I bought one for my sister, too. Staff were helpful. It's worth a wander through as you stroll the boardwalk.

Note: The loofah bars are actually part of a new line Disney launched in late 2024/early 2025 to replace the old H2O+ products that were discontinued. Not every Disney gift shop has them, but Screen Door does. I think there are BoardWalk-exclusive items here that can't be found anywhere else (like specific resort-branded apparel). They sell clothes, candy, and even a decent selection of groceries if you need snacks for your room. Service was good. The store underwent a five-month interior refurbishment in May 2025, which replaced the old carpet with light wood flooring and added that "coastal-chic" aesthetic to match the rest of the BoardWalk Inn.

I learned later that the conference provided hot coffee in the convention center lobby, so I needn't have wasted my time with a stop.
