She wasn't very friendly and asked for my personal information to sign up for the rewards program. She kept asking me to repeat my info several times since she couldn't "understand". It's not my fault if you can't comprehend lady! I guess it worked out since I did get $5 off my purchase. There was a rowdy group before me, and the cashier made a sly comment into her earpiece to the other employees about them. Not very professional at all. 1 star for my deal; 0 for customer service.

I had been in the store for some time without being greeted or offered shopping assistance (came in to look at Hobie catamaran gear & possible gifts for a group of teenagers). I'm new to Little Rock and stopped by several local "outdoor stores" with no luck because they essentially only sell clothing. Luckily I found "Ozark Outdoor Supply" that actually stocks "gear." This store had everything I was needing plus knowledgeable staff that were fun to visit with while shopping. The expedition was successful on Cotopaxi and Chimborazo. I thank Ozark Outdoor for their help. I look forward to going back and getting the scoop on the local outdoor scene.
