They don't know how much business they just lost by insulting customers. I decided not to buy any gear here. As a spot check, I compared a Camelback that sells here for $150 to online prices. Online it was $90. Again, it is worth supporting local outfitters. In this case, the markups were too high & the service was lacking. I had been in the store for some time without being greeted or offered shopping assistance (came in to look at Hobie catamaran gear & possible gifts for a group of teenagers).
