Service requested was wash and blow dry / rollers and trim but since I have a 4 year old she was not going to sit under a dryer, her appointment was for 11:15am we arrived 10 minutes prior, the appointment was booked with the owner Caroline and she greeted us and of course as any salon she was running behind no problem did not think it would of been the amount of time until my daughters appointment kept getting pushed back after she requested for her to have her hair washed and asked if I wanted her to get rollers put in and I kindly told her no so end result we waited 2 hrs 1/2 and in that time her hair had dryer on its own mind you her appointment was at 11:15am to be sat in her chair at 1:00pm a four year old having to wait all that time, ridiculous just to be charged $80 for wash dry and trim and no extras were added to this service no one especially not a child should have waited all that time. I would not recommend setting an appointment with this establishment if the time is not honored 2 1/2 hrs is blasphemy, overall service terrible customer care.

She grabbed a bunch of braiding hair that was not at all the color of my hair so she sent someone to go buy some. They came back with braiding hair that also did not match my hair color. She claimed that once she started braiding it wouldn't be apparent but the braid started to look bulky so I asked her to just braid my real hair, it's long enough. She had a bit of an attitude once I asked her to not use the fake hair. Against my better judgement I let her finish. To top it off she took scissors and start cutting away fly always, from my real hair!! I got home to find that the parts were not even and braids were all different sizes. Please do not bother.

I'm very grateful to the staff for helping me I went 2x I'm getting married and wanted to do something wild and try something new it looked great but it wasn't me so I went back and went to what I always do and they were kind understanding and walked me through the process I was nervous and scared but every time they assured me and I appreciate it. They told me honest recommendations and helped me get what I wanted in time for my wedding I'm so thankful I definitely will be back and highly recommend this place I loved my experience. I heard about both of them from my current hair stylist who said Roxan is the best for updo and anyone she hires for makeup is great. She did not lie. I paid my deposits for both of them and showed up at 11am sharp for my appt. I got my hair washed and i was out in the dryer with rollers while i waited for roxan. When my hair was dried, i got my makeup done and Roxan styled another client. After my makeup was done she styled my hair. She was honest about what would work and not work for my hair as my hair is very long but fine. And she added hair and things to make it look fuller. I left feeling beautiful and my son even called me a princess! It's now Sunday night and my hair is still intact, i don't want to undo it because i love it and have been sleeping with a bonnet and it looks exactly the same ! The makeup didn't budge at all until i washed it off. I will def be back for all future events. I loved the work and how convenient it was to get my hair and makeup done at the same location!
