This is wild because it's delightfully in a small town that we were passing by on our way and were hungry. I ordered the Enchilda + Tamal combo which was served with rice and beans. My wife ordered the chile rellenos-with rice and Beans. Our Waitress was Marisol and she was very pleasant and helpful. I was in Exeter running an errand and decided I didn't feel like cooking dinner when I got home. So I decided to stop here and order take out, let me tell you I'm so glad I did!! While I waited for my food I ordered chips and guacamole and a beer. Delicious guacamole!!! I ordered a #25 which is a taco, enchilada and chile relleno. Normally the chile relleno comes with red sauce, I asked for green. The batter on the relleno was perfect, not too thick or "cakey", just a light, thin batter. The enchilada I got was cheese and onion, the sauce was really good. I got ground beef as my taco filling and the meat had great flavor. I also ordered shrimp a la diabla. The shrimp were good size and the sauce had just enough sweet and heat to make it one of the best we've had. The service was great, the waitress who took my order was so friendly, patient (as I was deciding what to order) and helpful. The tables were clean and bathroom was clean. The seats on the booths were very worn and were patched up with duct tape-but that's not a big deal. All in all we were super happy with the food and service. I can't wait until I have another errand to run in Exeter!! read more

This last week was maybe my 2nd time ever hear. Service is good and they are all very attentive. The only lackluster events of the night was the food. All the food lacked any sort of flavor. Everyone ordered dishes from fajitas to burritos and I had the carnitas plate. My carnitas were NOT carnitas, they were small pieces of pork tenderloin that tasted like it had been cooked in the oven and not authentically the way carnitas are normally cooked. The beans and rice also had no flavor and the pico de gallo was fresh, but missing salt. Not sure if I will ever be back again. read more

The food was good, and the salsa spicy. Chips were better than most we've tried in area. The service was a little surly, ok at first but they seemed put out when we asked for anything extra(sour cream, hot sauce). They were both young people running the room and if they got off their phones and were attentive to the customers it would of been a more pleasant experience. read more

I'm not one to usually give bad reviews, but as a Hispanic/Latina (Yes I am both) who grew up eating Cuban, Guatemalan, Salvadoran, Spanish, and Mexican dishes, this place is just saaaad. Food was flavorless and at room temperature, if not cold. The enchilada was dry as the Sahara desert. No texture to the food; everything was kind of a mush other than the dry tortilla they used for the enchilada. I even added salt to everything (including the salsa for the complementary chips) and I still felt it was flavorless. The staff was pleasant enough when we first arrived, but afterward they barely checked on us, asked how our visit was, or even thanked us for eating there when we paid. If you are looking for someplace to eat out after 4pm on the weekend, then this is the place to be. Not because it's one of the only restaurants open, it's because the food is so good. Eh. The service was great, staff is welcoming and will keep you in mind throughout your grub session. I don't want to say the food was good, you mayo folks hype this place up tells me you're really missing out on "authentic" Mexican food. My plate came pretty full matter fact I didn't finish it all. I was disappointed with the quality of food and especially with the out dated side of 4 avocado slices(which was an additional charge) I only ate one slice that was completely edible. What really hurt me was the hefty 30$ I had to pay for this ish. I could've taken wifey to the movies and topped it off with a great taco place I know. Worst Carnitas I ever had. It was just greasy ham slice cut up and fried in grease. No sauce! Instead of the onions and tomatoes promised the just threw some Pico de Gallo on top.
