My estimate at Frankfurth was far more reasonable than my first one was, but what made me choose them was that it's a mom and pop local business run by a honest, hardworking family man named Chris, a father who lives locally. It isn't always about saving every last dollar. There are things that are nearly as important to me. All things being equal, I'd always rather give my money to a locally owned/operated business than some big, faceless, corporate body shop. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. I appreciated Frankfurth's fair prices, but I was thrilled with the quality of their work. My truck came out looking perfect. They did exactly what they promised they would do and finished on time. I hope they don't have a camera outside because when I came to pick up the car, I stood there stunned, mouth agape. It was perfect. You can trust your vehicles to this business. What olympic gold medalist do for gymnastics, they do with wenches and hydraulics. I referred them to a friend and they moved a shed for her. It was in an awkward location and a tree tried to scrape Chris off the side of the shed as he was maneuvering it past. With more skill than a rodeo clown, he hung on and got the shed past the wild tree. They placed it in the requested location with precision. Watching this father and son team work together is a thing of joy and entertainment. I hope to be alive and in need of their services in another 15 years so that I might see Daves grandson working with them. They are great at what they do, and as heartwarming as a feel-good movie. I almost feel like buying a structure so that I can hire them to move it.

It had been worked on by two local AAA mechanics and a old car "expert" in Port Angeles to no avail. Chuck found the problem right away (the wrong alternator had been installed). On that visit, I learned that he, too, has an old car. This guy can work on these cars and knows what he's doing! Friends who own two classic cars are now going there as well. Chuck is now THE mechanic for my Chevelle SS, and would not take it anywhere else. The Chevy has had lots of improvements under Chuck's watch and is now reliable and not-at-all the car I purchased a little over two years ago.
