Customer service is not restricted to the front office. Friday I had driven 27 miles to pick up a replacement air filter I had ordered the day before. I arrived not knowing the shop had closed due to a major accident on the main road closing it for hours. Luckily there were a couple of mechanics there when i arrived who told me why the shop was closed. Scheduled a 30k mile service, fluids and filters and suspension inspection. My complaint was a vibration at 60mph. The desk, scheduled me out 2 weeks, I gave a complete description of my vehicle type/model. The Friday before my Monday appointment, I reaffirmed the work I wanted done and the vehicle make/model. On Sunday, the night before my appointment, I drive the 1 hour trip to the Flying Wrench to drop off my coach, my wife followed. Their directions were easy and their sign "Flying Wrench Truck and RV service" well displayed. Things went down hill from there. Monday morning, the boss calls me and says he doesn't see me on their schedule nor a work order for work to be done. Further he said they are unable to accomplish an oil change and suspension inspection as they are a diesel truck service shop. If I had a different engine all would be well I guessed. I'll skip this "flakey" shop and spend my money elsewhere. read more

Outstanding RV and Diesel shop!! Took my coach to them for Alternator troubleshoot and repair with an expectation that the coach batteries also needed replaced. They confirmed the Alternator failure, but also identified that several cables were also in need of replacement due to internal corrosion. Load test of batteries showed they did not need replacement. Following the replacement of the alternator and cables, my coach electrical has never worked so well. Not only is the charging system working properly, but the solar and inverter circuits are now functioning as designed. They know electrical! I also had them change my engine and trans oil and am very happy with their work. I will be going back to Flying Wrench for future maintenance. THESE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!!! I live in Woodinville and Flying Wrench is in Kingston. I have a Kubota that stopped working in my back yard where there was no way I could tow it out without ripping out landscaping and a fence. I called about 15 places before trying Flying Wrench and no one would do mobile service and most were not all that nice to me. When I called Flying Wrench I was not only treated great, but they were willing to send a tech out from Kingston to help me. I would have happily paid for the service BUT Flying Wrench was nice enough to try and work me through the issue and troubleshoot over the phone. I called back several times after trying what was suggested until we were able to figure out what the problem was and it was a really simple fix. It was really nice that I was able to fix my problem, that they were so nice to me and that they did so without charging me. This is a highly professional and absolutely wonderful service and I will only work with them from this point on when I need help the Kubota dealership cannot provide.
