I had minor body damage repaired on my Tesla Model 3 and was pleasantly surprised that the actual repair cost came in lower than the estimate. I very much appreciated that since for something like this it's better to estimate a little high and be pleasantly surprised rather than the other way around. The detailing work they did as part of the repair was a great touch too which made my car feel even better than when I got it new from the dealership.
