Very good experience. Was able to get down there and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Was originally looking for retractable awnings, but decided against it. Got a couple a pop-ups and some tarp instead, and got a good look at the gazebos they sell. Decided that would be a better direction for us, and we'll be getting a 10x12 gazebo today! This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I wouldn't begin to fathom treating my clients this way. I purchased a gate opener from Aleko and was proud to do so, when received it would not work for me. I hired a professional to install, after numerous hours of troubleshooting and still paying the professional to troubleshoot, I still have a unit not working. They offered to send another out to me, I accepted thinking things happen. Unfortunately, now having issues with the second one. I have been calling since July 2021 and am on the phone as I type this October 18, 2021 and still cant a manager to help. I have found that they are in Kent, WA and no one will get me to the Supervisor, Manager or General Manager. I need to some to resolve this issue ASAP. All I want is my money back. In my opinion, this is the most dysfunctional company with which I have ever dealt. Just look at all the negative reviews on Yelp and Trust Pilot. In response, they tell people to contact them with their problems, but they do nothing when you do, even if you are willing to wait for ever to get through to them! They kept over $1300 of mine for six weeks without sending me ANY product or ever attempting to contact me. However, they did email me to ask that I rate the products that they never sent me!? I recommend you don't believe the answers they make to reviews on both sites. They clearly want to make it appear they actually care, in the most effortless and ineffectual way. As a reviewer who got one of their "make things right replies," -- I can almost guarantee they won't make ANY effort to do so!! I ordered awning and frame May 23. My order was delayed a few times, with expected stock fulfillment pushed to end of June/ beginning of July. I called customer service to cancel the order. They convinced me to order something else that was in stock. I ended up doing that, and they promised not only that it would ship out that day, but also expedite delivery ( 2 day shipping). This was exactly week ago (6/11). My order JUST shipped today (6/18) with expected delivery next week. That is ridiculous!! Customer service is completely unhelpful and useless. I will not order from them again and I'd suggest whoever is reading this to go with someone else for awning. read more

If you are interested in a quality product and good customer service I would take your business elsewhere. My husband bought an inflatable hot tub which was discounted. The heating element stopped working after 2 weeks, we weren't too worries as he had been told we could exchange it for store credit and purchase a different one if there were any issues. After checking the receipt it did not have a required time frame. Attempted to return it less than 90 days later only to be told there was nothing they could do for us and we had to return it within 30 days. We were never informed this when purchasing nor it is anywhere on the receipt. Save your money and take it somewhere that stands behind their products. read more

I purchased an outdoor sauna that was returned by a customer (actually has a review on this site - Lori E. I got a great deal, and quickly fixed up the buckling situation. However, she indicates she never even got it wired up. When I purchased it, it was "As Is Return" - but of course was told by Aleko that other than damage to the shipping box, it was fine. In looking at the heater unit, it obviously was swapped out and the new unit was likely given to someone else. I've call numerous times, attempted the Chat functionality on their website (good luck with that), and have more emails back and forth than you can believe. When I have gotten responses, many have been extremely snotty. I will NEVER EVER make a purchase from this company again, and highly recommend you pass them by. read more

i am a contractor that was hired to build and install an Aleko barrel sauna. It arrived with no parts list and instructions that were 99% useless. after pulling all of the parts out, looking at online pictures of assembled units, and trying several different methods i came to the conclusion we had the wrong parts. i called tech support. in two days i spent over 3 hours on hold. every person that answered said they had never assembled or seen one of these assembled. no one had any idea about a parts list. they were going to contact the manufacturer and get back to me. that's been 9 days. i'm very impressed - just very negatively. it you can't keep your word don't promise something. if you sell something back it up. my advice would be to buy a sauna from a reputable company like costco or Home depot. these folks are only after our money. they also pulled my review on their website. another less than honest act. read more

This is seriously the WORST company I've ever dealt with. Bought two of their 6 ft wide canvas awnings and they faded so badly within a month that they looked two years old. Got involved with their alleged customer services after a mere 30 days and had to send them pictures of the pitiful things, TWICE, and 'Oh yes, we're sorry to see that. . . yada yada' Said they'd be sending two new ones right away, never happened! I have documented, in writing, 5 emails where they acknowledge the defects. You try calling and you can sit there the better part of your day listening to their hideous repetitive messages til you're sick and they'll never get back to you and won't return phone calls. Whether you order their garbage over the phone or thru Amazon or wherever, you will likely be very disappointed and lose your money. Never Again!!! read more

Incompetent, irresponsible, and unresponsive. I ordered a backyard fence that arrived a month late and without 3 posts, 16 brackets, and 23 screws. The phone service is no longer available, and my emails received no response. To finish the fence, I needed to spend nearly $500 to purchase the missing parts. This business is eager to accept your money without providing the purchased items or the most rudimentary customer service. My advice: Find another company and do not use this company. I ordered an awning and due to covid it took me a while to get someone to come install it. When I did finally get someone to install the awning, it took 2 full days to put it together and install it. Turns out the awning didn't come with all of the required parts. Critical pieces were missing. It took over a week for them to get me the correct parts. After lots of tinkering, days of more work, and hundreds of dollars my installer determined the awning was designed very poorly and would never be able to roll up correctly. I decided to write Aleko customer support and get a refund. Two weeks of communication with them and I just heard they will not offer a refund, only a replacement. With their mistakes in not including the proper parts and the design flaw in the awning I believe they should give me a refund. They disagree. I will not do business with a company like this ever again and I recommend you don't either. read more

Come for the great products (new and in box, under warranty!) and stay for the free pallets in the parking lot. They were busy but helped me very quickly. Great service and a great price.
