We have had nothing but problems with the gate opener we purchased. Our gate opener has not worked one time properly. We got it Four months ago, and still no working gate! The latest two parts now, we were told was on back-order for months, then an email saying the part is in, and we should see it in 3-5 days. Nothing yet, and its been almost 2 weeks since they said that. No follow up from them. Then finally today, twice endured the run around and insane hold times ( almost 30 minutes total, gave up and emailed AGAIN) for an update on the part. And I was told it is now on back order (again?! or still?!) and a generic, "we'll see what we can do" email response - SO disappointed. We are business owners, so I KNOW what good customer service is. I guess shame on me for not following some reviewers that also had this experience BEFORE I purchased. read more

Prices are great but. Employees are rude. I went to go get a dog crate for my dog and man... I honestly would of went somewhere else and paid a little bit more for the crate and nicer service. Gates are great! Don't waste your money on their gate openers!! We had ours for less than 2 years. Bought it a year before being able to install it, went to install it and the control board was bad. Aleko said it was out of warranty because we had it for a year already... cost another $100 of the bat. It worked great for about 6 months then it was constant issues after that! Replaced every part of the system, the arms ($150ea), the controller board twice!, the batteries, the solar charge controller (3x)... finally wrote off our losses and went with a Ghost system....best move we made! Wish we had done it a year earlier and saved ourselves A LOT of frustration!! read more

This company uses substandard parts, does not return phone calls for 48 hours during the week, requires you to pay return shipping on defective parts, and will not trust an engineer too troubleshoot unless you send in pictures. Shipment arrived late and damaged because no packing material was provided to protect the glass from breaking. Aleko refused to return the damaged sauna and insisted I wait 4 weeks for the replacement part. Replacement part never arrived. After 5 calls, I found out the damaged part will take at least an additional 4 week (12 weeks after purchase) to arrive. I insisted on a refund and the refused to return the product. I am now working with Amazon's A-Z claims to try to get a refund for this $4,400 junk. WISH ME LUCK. They sent the wrong size truck for pick up and then stated no one was there to pick up. Most unprofessional company and staff. Their customer service is even worst during the pandemic. My first time there, they had all but 2 people working phone orders and working front desk at the same time. The wait was unreasonable as I had to wait for them to finish each orders before they could help me. The girl was just a snob, who sneered and gave dirty looks when I asked for services and I had to tell her it was my first time here. This was not your average retail store. I ordered the ALEKO 20x10 retractable awning. I paid $920 to have it professionally installed. When unboxing it, the contractor noticed multiple dents in the arms/poles. The packaging for this was basically a cardboard box, nothing that wrapped around the parts to protect them. It took two professionals 12 hours to put up a dented, low quality awning. For the safety of my family, I need all the dented parts replaced and need those installed. I have tried to call every customer service number, none of them will go through. I emailed them a week ago, no response. I have emailed them again since. A place like this should no longer be in business if they are going to sell this kind of quality item and then not have customer service to fix the issue. read more

NO one EVER ANSWERS! We've left 3 VOICE MAILS - NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK! We've sent several EMAILS - you guessed it - NO ONE EMAILS BACK! I just want to know where my "3-5 day" shipment is - we've waited a month with no customer support! Tracking # for FedEx says "shipment has not been received from the shipper"!? This is the WORST company & products to have !! I have had several gate openers bought from them and ALWAYS within one year the control circuit board has burnt out and they REFUSED to Make good on it. So had to REBUY the circuit board again. I now have had to buy another gate opener and it is powered by 2 12 volt batteries and needed MORE instructions in installing the opener WELL TRIED to Call the so-call Tech team several times with NO LUCK so then I emailed them it took them like 3 DAYS to get back to me AGAIN they DID NOT answer my questions of concern !! DONT DO IT...You will be sorry...CHEAP DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS! Customer service via email started out OK,except they dont have a clue what your talking about....and a dozen emails later,well...they just stop all communication...! So...I ordered 3 items for my Sauna...figured a Finnish Company should have good items...and wont lie,the design of the CLOCK,Sauna Bucket,and Thermometer was cool and I liked....but thats as far as it goes. The Thermometer has a VERY CHEAP works in it and does not match even close to my other good one I keep in sauna.... The Bucket is cool,BUT..the Ladle you get with it,if used WILL cause you 1st degree burns due to the design and way handle sits...cold water,on hot rocks,= STEAM...and with this one your hand has to be right over the rocks..!! The Clock....HAHAHAHA...it was DOA out of the box....movement was loose....let them know and they wanted a photo..how the hell do you send a photo of a loose movement...so we went back and forth...finally I fixed it myself with a little glue in the back...figured all was good....3 days later hands are all lose both sitting at 6:00...more emails...more NO HELP from them....So,again I try and fix..get hands back on and NOW..its off by 4 hrs EVERYDAY when I get in Sauna.....Movement is a piece of crap....and now,when I ask to return,NOTHING...almost a week...no return emails..... NEVER AGAIN...total waste of almost $100...if I lived closer I'd personally deliver all this crap back,but figure once I have to pay $20+ to ship it all back,I'll just buy a new movement for clock,and use my OLD ladel... Unfortunately I purchased a gate opener system from these guys in 2014 and have had nothing but problems. I am on my 3rd actuator and now there are issues with it. Upon contacting Aleko I was told I was no longer under warranty and would have to purchase new parts or a new actuator. Not one of their openers lasted the 2 year warranty period. If i could give this company a zero it would be exactly that! I am a purchaser of their slide gate product which i have to say has been the worst decision i could have made when deciding on a slide gate opener. Was lured in by the "reasonable" price and now know how duped i was buying Into the false, purchased positive reviews of this sham company. Before and as soon as the warranty was over the opener had nothing but issues. 24v battery charger burned up, so bought another, magnetic limiter failed, bought another, now i think a circuit board has failed for which they want $125! Tough part is, a special pad was poured for the gate opener and now hope to find a gate opener that will work with the existing pad.....whatever you do...stay away from this sham company. Btw, their customer service is pathetic to say the least....several instances where the wait time before i even spoke to someone was 40 min! Cant even begin. We buy a "damaged box item" take it out of the box. Use it (this is a little bounce house) No damage to the actual product. Blow it up - works great until the kids get in and it literally rips everywhere. Max is like 750 lbs. I had 3 - 4 year olds in there and the minute the first one got in (no shoes mind you) he stepped in and his foot went right through the seem, all the seems busted in 15 minutes. Holes everywhere and they send it was not a returnable item because it was with the "damaged box" lot. OK damaged box, bull! No good product! There is NO reason why a jump house would burst in the seams in minutes unless it was just poor construction and they are still selling them online!!! My kid could have gotten hurt! read more
