The massage therapists had some difficulty moving around. I'd recommend couples stick to separate rooms for more comfort. They do take your card information in case of a no show, which results in a full charge. Parking is limited. They have two designated spots for their business, but I noticed people parking there and going to the laundromat. Unfortunately, that makes it harder for actual customers to find parking. The total price for two one hour massages was $178, which included a $3 card processing fee and did not include tip. Fern was my massage therapist, and I would absolutely request her again in the future. The massage was thorough, literally head to toe. My back was extremely tight, and I could feel every knot she worked on. My only suggestion would be to add essential oils in the room. A eucalyptus aroma would have been perfect. Overall, great massage and great customer service.

I need firm, deep tissue pressure, and with most masseuses I end up repeating myself over and over, saying stronger, stronger. Not with Tony. He just gets it right from the start, strong enough to really dig into the knots but somehow still totally relaxing. The negative reviews are true…read more The table and cloth smelled like mildew and fungus, when I made an objective comment about it to remedy, she pushed my head and arm down back onto the table ..., -gave a stink about the two hours that I booked last week over the phone with them when I was told that 'for the two hours, it's $150 and that yes, they "take cash and Zelle too", gaslit me about this and said I was only down for one hour. After Emily argued with me back and forth for 10-15 minutes and makes me wait longer, she finally agrees to give the two hour deep tissue massage herself and says she is a licensed masseuse. While she is massaging me ~20 minutes, she leaves the room while I'm still laying there For 10-15 minutes. -when she finally returns, Emily says she can only do one hour, thereby reneging on the two hour commitment she made earlier and from last week when I booked the appointment for $150 2 hours (said also over the phone that it was $75.00 for 60 Minutes, and via text it's $120.00 for 90 minutes) -then she argues again, "what do you want from me..." What part of the two hour booking I made for $150 do they not understand? Well, I want the service I signed up for the week before over the phone, but my reinforcements of this point from the very beginning are all falling on deaf ears. - still, I would rather make amends despite the lousy service since I'm already on the table half way into the massage, half naked. - when she says she is finished, I get up and try to get dressed and check the timer. And while getting dressed, I view my timer and it reads only 52 minutes out of the hour that she changed it to, from the original two hour commitment as stated over the phone confirmed as 3-5pm. - she comes back as I'm trying get dressed fully so that I can actually go to the front and get on with my life, but I can't do this before she is now jumping down my throat in the room asking me to leave. So I have to remind her gently that I when I am done dressing and gathering my things, then I will meet her up front to pay, if she lets me in leave for a change. When I gather my things and go to the front as promised, she is on the phone so I am standing for another 5-10 minutes waiting for her to get off the phone. She is bitching about me in Vietnamese to her owner Annie, her only English word is 'deep tissue..' Finally, I get up from where I was sitting, waiting for her to get it together, I wave at her to let her know I'm going to my car to get my sunscreen since I'm allergic the sun. She angrily looks up and says angrily that I dont have to pay. Damn straight. At least she got one thing right. You know, people get massages for relaxation and to try to get away from the world's dysfunctions, not pay with money to get more of it. The owner reached out to me, but life is far to too short to go back and forth with these people who have made it clear that they do not give halfway decent service and will argue with you about it every inch of the way. And I am milled on energy and time. That does it, I'm not coming back, ever again
