Frank and Trevor came out quickly and opened up my safe with a backdoor code provided by Champion safe. They then proceded to install a new electronic lock and keypad that I had ordered directly from Champion. I have a new safe now. It works and their prices were fair and they were on time. I live here in Fallbrook and like to work with local businesses whenever possible. I found Alert Locksmith on Yelp so gave them a call. I explained my problem, key would not turn in the door locks on my Expedition, and Bruce told me to come down when it was convenient but to call first in case he was out on a call. I did as he requested and drove down a few hours later. Bruce got right to work on my vehicle and within 30 minutes all three locks were working perfectly. He is a consummate professional and knows locks inside and out, he knows all the tricks. He's been in Fallbrook for 40 years and deserves all local business!
