Mario and his assistant have all the right tools and experience, I watched the whole process of breaking open my safe in my home that burned down. I called in this locksmith. We agreed on a certain price to change the lock cylinder after he knew the scope of the job from the pictures I had sent him. When he came, he proceeded with the work, and after he disassembled the lock, he says he would charge me extra and even more for 4 key copies, I felt cornered to agree on the cost. What's worse is that after he finished, he came back with 3 keys only and and if I want more keys I will have to pay him again. He keeps changing his cost in the most deceptive way. He took out an old deadbolt, checked the door and all the existing plate hardware and installed the new deadbolt and hardware. He also made 6 new keys and checked them all. Wow, Mario is a life saver! My husband and I went to satisfy my pregnancy ice cream craving, and when we came home, our Schlage lock malfunctioned. This company was my first call, but I was hesitant about the $125 fee, so we called about a dozen others. One referred me unknowingly back to Mario, who still was kind and not pushy the second time we spoke. He was up front that we may not be able to get a resolution tonight but that he'd try, and he ended up coming himself instead of sending one of his technicians. After about 10 minutes, he was able to get us back inside our house, and we could not be more grateful!
