I took my van to go get washed and they didn't take there time or vacuuming it, and I paid for it to be vacuumed and cleaned inside that they did not clean. But they would only clean from what I can see, not in deep cleaning it, so overall please don't take your car here. Service from the employees was fine however the website says that it closes at 5, when we got there (3:50) they said they were closing soon (4-4:30) which was odd. I already had a feeling the service was going to be rushed because of the closing time. My boyfriend had a X on his car windshield and as it suggests, they hand-wash the car, we left and the X is still on his windshield they didn't even try to take it off. The airfreshners definitely smell good but I wish they wiped down a little better ( visible streaks) and washed the car itself better. If i knew it was not going to be a good wipe down ( only reason i went) I would have just taken it across the street to quick quack and done it myself. Since I've moved to Moreno Valley I had tried to find a good car wash location for my Jeep. Although their reviews were not great, I gave it a try and this place was my go to. Typically I've had a great experience because everyone is so kind but Monday afternoon there was a worker that had first greeted me when I got there and he was shamelessly staring at my chest the whole time he was asking me questions regarding the wash which made me extremely uncomfortable. He did not even hide the fact that he was being gross. He also charged me more than I've been charged there but I just looked past that. I went inside and the cashier was so kind and respectful so I got over it and just stayed inside to wait for the car to be finished. When they completed the wash, I went to my purse that was in my back seat to give them a tip and realized all my money was gone. I wanted to press charges but karma will make its way to that person. Also, the wash seemed very rushed and my car was still very dirty in both the interior & exterior when I paid for a more deep cleaning service. You have lost a loyal customer. read more

I'm sitting as we speak it's been 45 minutes and my car just came out of the wash, still very dirty, sitting in the sun for 10 minutes before anyone started to detail it. Spoke with the cashier who spoke to the guy moving cars and his response was really rude. Someone finally started detailing my car and he stopped them and directed them to start on another car which is his friends truck. Been going there for years and this last time was the final straw All the times I been going it was an ok place and just worked for a decent car wash until this new ownership about a couple years ago. Really the only problem I ever had was the cashier girl who was always too busy texting and playing around on her phone taking selfies instead of paying attention to the customers that are paying her check! I'm like I called the guy inside and he said 6 and last car had to make it by 530 and his reply was like yea that's true but we are closed . Pulled my phone and showed it says now 5:21?? How did I miss the last wash? Frustrated he's like ok we'll make an exception. Ok well thanks I guess even though I followed what the guy inside said or I would've never showed and come another day. The other guy outside pouted like a little kid and kicked over the trash cans ... wow ok believe me you won't have to worry about me coming through there again after this. Went in told the owner what the two guys said outside, he chuckled as always just loves to take that money, and says oh yea it's been a long day for them but what do you do you know? Came here for a would be simple wash, I asked that my truck not be driven through the wash for preventative care to my rims. I go across the street to have lunch while I wait. I return to my front driver rim DAMAGED. I asked to speak to the owner, we review the video and not only did staff take my truck through the wash after I specifically explained not to and paid the additional fee to have my truck washed outside, but the owner completely denied it happening there and made a false claim that the damage had already existed when video CLEARLY showed staff overshooting the entry at point of contact. Beware of this hand car wash, they are inconsistent with washes and some are inexperienced behind the wheel. read more

Took 30 minites just to have it vacuumed, and they charged me 35 bucks to make it shiny inclunding the wheels and they didn't clean them, on the front bumber they didn't clean it eather when I got home I saw all the left overs that is was super easy to removed. If ratings could go negative I would......sloppy work especially for what they charged and I had tipped $20 cause I saw the guy working hard and it looked pretty from a far. But as I got closer thats when the real problems came out. I was supposed to get a wash, interior vacuum, interior wiped down, windows and windshield cleaned inside and out...and was charged $20 extra because it's a truck. They did not even rinse out the bed of the truck the outside was NOT clean. Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES I had to point out obvious dirt and marks on the outside of my truck on the doors, the grill, the tail gate....windshield and windows were NOT clean....didn't wipe down the interior (which was part of the service I paid for). It got to the point where I asked the guy for his rag and spray bottle and I started cleaning spots myself because I was so frustrated. Then to top it it off someone stepped on gum and was driving my truck (in the car wash area) and they didn't even bother to clean it off because "cleaning the rubber mat is extra" even though that wasn't there when I brought the truck in. Paid 50$ for the wash and wax. I did them a favor and put all the trash on my seat so they could throw it out easily without digging through my car.(couple cans and some papers) took an hour. They call me to my car, and there's wax residue everywhere, my interior looked like they just took a dry rag over it and none of the trash was thrown out. I took my car my small SUV Lincoln MK ex into this car wash March 16, 2022 when I went there my passenger seat worked just fine moving up and back my daughter sits in the seat every day when I take her to school. Needless to say again I took my car to this car wash when I pick my daughter up from school later on that evening she got in and she said what's wrong with the seat I said what do you mean she said it's not moving now these are electrical seats but again they worked just fine that morning when I dropped her off at school.
