Deep into the pandemic, Apple informed me that it could be 5-6 weeks before they're able to return the computer back to me, without providing me a loaner. Alan asked if I had backed up my informed, fortunately, I use iCloud. Alan called me Friday morning, informing me that the computer had been repaired and was ready to pick up.
