Several of my coworkers said I have to go see dr park and I will be well taken care of. They were right. I had the most meticulous first visit. She examined each tooth and gum area. She took time explaining every part of my mouth, explained how she is going to fix them, also talked about options. Her office is always gives me a quote up front and lets me know my insurance benefits and gives me estimates on how my insurance will pay. I never feel her shots. I don't know how she does it but I don't even see the needle or feel it. She is also the only dentist that has ever been able to get me numb with a single shot. Even during the fillings I never feel any pain. She is incredibly gentle and meticulous. And always checking to see if I'm comfortable. I can't believe how perfect my fillings and crowns feel. They feel like my own teeth. Even when the cavities were deep and I was warned that they may be uncomfortable for a while, I'm yet to feel any pain afterwards. She is so gentle I usually doze off. I am so happy my coworkers recommended her. I found my forever dentist.

I am 66 years old and have seen plenty of dentists over the years but no one comes close to the care DR. Chen and his wife Joan provide. Dr. Chen provides painless anesthesia, meaning you will feel absolutely nothing whatsoever. Truly amazing. I have been experiencing server pain in the back of my head for over a week, and Dr. Chen recognized I was in a lot of pain unrelated to dental work. He took the time to ask questions, then provided me with medication that would provide me with pain relief. He is truly someone that cares about people. They say birds of a feather flock together and I, from firsthand experience, can tell you, everyone at this state-of-the-art facility is an experienced dental team like no other. This place is the real deal when it comes to kindness and caring. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. My first visit I was a walk-in with no appointment. Joan Nagatomo got me into a room and told me she is working on other patients but she would fit me in 100%. Even though I was there for a whole two hours and endured some X-ray pain and prickling to my gums... it was good. I know a lot more about my teeth and learned that I have a cavity on my wisdom tooth. FML. But anyway, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Loretta at the front desk was so helpful and friendly!!! Devorie, who was the lead assistant, was super awesome and kind. When she was taking my x-rays and stuffing the slides into my mouth, she made sure that I was comfortable and that I wasn't in too much pain, she was so thoughtful. I really liked her. Dr. Hsu was cool too, I asked him a lot of questions about my teeth and he was glad that I asked because people normally just want their teeth done and be done with everything. But yeah, he was great at what he did and my teeth felt SOOOO much cleaner afterwards. I highly recommend these folks! Their web site is very good and helpful as well.
