Unfortunately, it took 2+ mins to get hot water. The installers came back multiple times over many weeks trying to fix it -- no luck. In desperation, we called Joseph at Efficient Water Heaters who came out and quickly diagnosed the installation issue. The next day, Omar performed the work and now (finally!) our Navien operates as intended. This business is Navien certified and it shows; they definitely know what they are doing. The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so.
