Great Service and Very Professional. My 16 years old "Bradford White" 50 gallon Direct Vent Gas water heater had a melt down. It was on the second floor and weighed about 200 pounds. I was able to contact "Hotter Water Heaters" with my situation and exchanged pictures of my setup and received a quote within an hour and scheduled service for the next day. It was on the second floor and weighed about 200 pounds and is in a small closet. The next morning, they picked up my new "Bradford White" water heater and started work. A few unforeseen issues happened including 1) the original new water heater was dented so they went to another store (in a different city). 2) though the replacement water heater was an updated version and the same size, the venting size was bigger so cutting a bigger hole was required. This probably added another 3 hours to their original estimate. Anyways, there were no complaints and they finished up 6 hours later from the time they arrived.
