We had water leaking in our garage for a few days and thought it was our washer but when an appliance repairman came and inspected it, he informed us the water was actually leaking from our water heater which was a couple of feet away from the washer. Great Service and Very Professional. My 16 years old "Bradford White" 50 gallon Direct Vent Gas water heater had a melt down. It was on the second floor and weighed about 200 pounds. I was able to contact "Hotter Water Heaters" with my situation and exchanged pictures of my setup and received a quote within an hour and scheduled service for the next day. It was on the second floor and weighed about 200 pounds and is in a small closet. The next morning, they picked up my new "Bradford White" water heater and started work. A few unforeseen issues happened including 1) the original new water heater was dented so they went to another store (in a different city). 2) though the replacement water heater was an updated version and the same size, the venting size was bigger so cutting a bigger hole was required. This probably added another 3 hours to their original estimate. Anyways, there were no complaints and they finished up 6 hours later from the time they arrived. They replaced all the connections so new seals. They were respectful of the property and setup tarping to protect the flooring and cleaned up everything before leaving.
