I paid a $100 deposit, electronically signed the estimate they sent, and fully disclosed key details before booking, including that the move involved stairs and that the elevator at the destination building was out of service. These details were discussed directly with their representative (Tony) prior to the move date. Despite this, when the movers arrived, they attempted to impose additional charges on site that contradicted what had been discussed and agreed to. When I refused to approve unauthorized charges ($400), the movers left the job site without completing any work and without notifying me that they were leaving. Afterward, the company claimed the move was canceled due to "site conditions" and alleged inappropriate behavior, which was never documented at the time and only raised after I disputed the situation. They later confirmed in writing that they canceled the move and provided no services, yet still refused to refund the $100 deposit. What's most concerning is: * No written change order was provided * No formal cancellation notice was given at the time * No services were rendered * The deposit was kept despite the company canceling the job Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifted explanations multiple times and relied on technical language about estimates and policies after the fact. That was after they decided not to answer my calls and dodge me. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unfair. A moving day is stressful enough, having a company show up, attempt to change the price, and then walk away without notice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent mover.

They charged me for stairs at least six times. They're very unprofessional and will lie to you. The driver never put my stuff upstairs and told me " I don't have time for this" after he charged me another $225 for stairs. He reminds me that he has five stops to make in the area. They contacted me less than 12 hrs before my delivery, when I was told I would be contacted within 48hrs before arrival. My initial price was around $2200 and end up paying at least $4900. The guy who picked up my furniture was on drugs and moved very fast. He scratched my stuff and told me I was better off selling them. If this is how you want your moving experience, feel free to move with this company.

He asked me for the full payment though before the credit so I went ahead and paid in full that day. 4 days went by and no response, I checked in with him and he said he was still working on it and wanted to be able to give me more than the $50 insurance would provide. I let him know that as always I take care of his guys with over $100 tip and gave them tv and furniture so I would appreciate it if he took care of this and $200 would be acceptable. He said he agreed and could Zelle me it Friday. Three more days went by and nothing, I messaged him again he said sorry and would get it to me. It takes 10 seconds to send a Zelle so seemed insincere to me. I moved on October 30th so we are at 3 weeks now that I gave him before posting this review. I will never use his service or recommend to anyone again If Brian had resolved the issue with in 1 week that would've been acceptable. Now over 3 weeks as a good repeat customer this is completely unacceptable and why I'm sharing this review.
