I am extremely happy that I chose them after my move yesterday (I cleared up a storage that started to cost $500 per month). The reviews that I read previously turned up to be right: they are super in communications (plain, honest, down to earth, and a bit of nice humor), punctual, and careful. I liked that they use vans because I did not need to reserve space on our street for a large truck (saved me paying $200 to municipality). The choice of a time slot helped me organize the move and prep my apartment. And... their quote was 20% cheaper than other moving companies. I think that their business plan is to be plain and simple good, which in turn attracts more customers, which in turn makes up for their cheap price.
