They treat us only as a source of income, and have no interest in our comfort, or more importantly, our SAFETY. The property is the pinnacle of the "landlord special," - uneven plaster, a patchy paint job, our heat controls the temperature in TWO units, snow removal is minimal at best, and I fully expect them to nickel and dime our security deposit away when we move out. There is NO WAY that I would recommend living in ANY property owned by ProCasa, we can't wait to leave. EDIT: When I brought my complaints to Loyda and called out her total lack of empathy, her response was that we could get out of our lease early - REALLY human and professional behavior

Biggest factor in leaving was no communication on how funds were doing. Are they doing better, worse or the same as a non actively managed account? I never knew! The only regular updates I received were bills. In order to know any changes in your account you have to send an email and request specifically what you want. No regular, periodic emails sent showing status. Nope, just the bill. So I wish I could tell you if it was a benefit or not to have an actively managed account but I know less now on than I did previously. So overall kinda disappointing. I guess I assumed I would receive information on how my account was doing & hopefully better to justify the fee, but that just never happened. Nice and trustworthy guy but knowing how the account is doing is more important to me than having a 'nice guy' in my contact list. I'm honestly a bit bummed. The quest continues!
