If you need rims, a new or used tire, or if you just need a patch job from a nail, whether you have regular, or run-flat tires, this is the place! I picked up a big nail near the edge of the inner part of my tire. They let me know they'll give it a shot, cuz usually a nail too close to the edge is a no-go. But they were able to do it and only cost $25. For a regular non-run flat tire, it might be a few dollars less. Open 7 days a week and they have a little lounge with a big screen TV, sofas and a Keurig coffee machine. There's also a donut shop just next door if you feel like a snack to go with your free coffee while you wait. But then there's also a fast food spot across the street if you need something more. Sometimes you will only wait 1/2 hour, and other times double that. It is a small shop, but they will always take care of you, no matter how close to closing time you show up. read more

I've been going to 7 Days Tire for a few years now with no problem, until today. I dropped my car off at 1:30pm and requested that my breaks be checked, my AC be checked, and to figure out some lights on my dashboard. I didn't get my estimated price until 8:30pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called twice to ask for an update, they kept telling me they were still inspecting it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting so long with no call to update me, I decided to check on it in person at 8:00pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After I arrived, they were barely pulling my car into a stall to check it and the worker came back with an estimate for over $3,000 then proceeds to ask if I wanted to come back tomorrow to do the work. I gave them 7 hours with my car and I had to show up in person to get the estimate and leave with no work done. I went to "7 Days" because a friend recommended it, but I left completely frustrated with their service. The worker was staring at the paddles like he had never seen them before, so I pointed out that they were both front tires--one goes this way, the other goes that way. He still looked confused! When I saw the manager Ivan , I thought maybe it would get done right, so I just stepped aside. After they finished, they tossed the tires in my truck bed, and I drove home. But guess what? They gave me two front right wheels! The next day, I returned, and instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to charge me more money, claiming I asked the worker to install them that way. I mean, why would I want two front tires? At the end of the day, you're the "professionals" and should know what you're doing! It turned into a ridiculous back-and-forth, so I decided I was done playing their games. I took my tires and left without a refund. "Supervisor Chris" really needs to step up his customer service skills and remember that the customer is always right. He should also train his employees on how to actually install tires properly to avoid these kinds of problems. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you want things done right! read more
