The woman continued to explain that she had no choice but to reschedule so I asked to speak to the manager to which she said she was so I asked her name and she said she will NOT be giving me her name I asked why not? She still refused and said she would ask the doctor if he still wanted to see my son and walked off. 3 minutes later she said yes the doctor will see him I said thank you and asked for her name again once again she refused. I said okay I will be informing the doctor on how unprofessional you are. She walked away. My son was seen the rest of the staff was nice, professional.
