BEWARE!!! Do not take your car there for service. They are dishonest and will lie about services…read morerequired and inflate issues, and costs. Tried to charge me $3100. Took to another mechanic and the issue was less than $500. They are liars and crooks.

It's never truer than when buying a car - Caveat Emptor!…read more The Sales Reps were nice enough and not pushy, but forget about them honoring any special discounts like, TrueCar. They acknowledged it in passing and then never looked at the print out I had showing the final price (including taxes, tag, title, dealer markup) with the TrueCar discount. The final price they showed me was $160 more. To add insult to injury, the windshield had a significant crack at the bottom in the dark area where it was hard to see and when I pointed it out, they told me MD inspection doesn't require windshields to be "completely sealed"! My son worked for Safelite for several years and he told me that is crap! In the end, the car was $690 more than I had in a pre-approved check, so naturally I was able to get the car for the money I had. It was almost laughable, the way the manager took the check from my hand, before it was even endorsed, and disappeared! I should have gotten a better deal, but, "needs must" as they say. We needed a second car right away. BTW it's a 2021 Chrysler Voyager with 77K+ miles and seems in good condition. But, we just got it so I'll report back after the 30 day warranty expires. Fingers-crossed!

Overall, my service was good, and they corrected a few issues. It was expensive, and it appears…read morethat some dealers and service companies in today's economy will utilize whatever means to get as much money as possible from you. I was upset because after leaving the parking lot, a part of my vehicle that should have been secured from the start fell apart, and if I hadn't done my research and spoken with management, it would have become a new repair job. As I previously stated, it came apart after less than a mile of leaving the parking lot The other concern is that the financing option should be more thoroughly stated up front. Yes, for certain people, it may be beneficial to avoid the excessive fees that these dealer services are imposing on their customers who want to use a credit card, and this is not just at this location.  Again, this may be a good thing for unforeseen car repairs expenses and if you have good credit, but customers should be aware that their debit card is required and that it will be deducted automatically from their checking account without their awareness once you are approved. Overall, your experience may vary, but that was my experience, and lots of things can be improved. This feedback is not because I am angry, at anyone there, but maybe to improve some areas, and put the customer back in focus. I only took one star off based on the overall experience.

My salesperson, Amer, was not "selling" me on the vehicle I came to see. I came to test drive it…read more He knew very little about the car without pressing buttons to show me. I had to ask questions. When getting into the vehicle the dashboard said "low fuel" he said: "yeah we should be fine". I pulled out of the dealership, made a u-turn as soon as possible to head south towards the mall. At the light of Leonardtown and Berry Rd on Route 5 (intersection) the car runs out of gas. I was in the middle lane. I was honked at, traffic was stopped, people going around me. It was a traumatic experience and he just called the dealership saying: "yeah I think we ran out of gas" his tone was almost as it was funny. He was extremely nonchalant about the situation saying "we'll both have stories to tell later ". I was uncomfortable. It took someone 20 minutes to bring gas to put in the tank. Amer tried justifying the incident by saying that he got the car with the most fuel in it, when they deliver the new cars they don't have gas in it. We were so close to the dealership I contemplated getting out and walking across the busy highway back to my vehicle. After his coworker put 38 miles worth of gas in the vehicle, I did my test drive quickly but on the way back the low fuel notification popped back on and I needed to get back to the dealership immediately because I was not willing to repeat the traumatic experience. Upon returning to the dealership, NO ONE, NOT ONE person came to apologize about running out of gas in the middle of the highway, NO ONE attempted to even gain my business since I was in the market for a new vehicle. My father ended up calling Amer because he gave me his business card, and he (Amer) joked about the experience while my dad explained that I was put at risk. My advice: if you want to buy a new car from this dealership, don't. Or bring your own gas. I took my business elsewhere.

The cost of many products has been rising significantly recently, including new vehicles, warranty,…read moreand even an oil change, which has nearly doubled, and let's not forget about breaks, or planned maintenance. The difference between most service departments is not how much they can take from a customer pocket or to reach a dollar amount target, but how one feels when the keys are handed back. I'm not here to name names or point fingers; sometimes it's just the script and the new Blueprint AI model, and if you can simply receive text messages, you're the greatest. Guess what? I'm here sitting and watching that channel in the waiting area with many others, anticipating the charge, so talking to me won't hurt. I've already driven 30 miles to get this done. While this does not define the entire business internally or your experience, many of them I believe work as sales agents, and given their substantial influence over consumers today especially those who must get back on the road, there is a narrow line between what is required and how much they can charge for each service visit. The unfortunate thing is failing to recognize that while you may earn a little more revenue, you will lose valuable consumers. This may not be your experience, and totally not poor customer service; however, as previously stated, they may be obliged to achieve quotas, and the customer becomes blurred between checking in and out. I feel that every customer should contact corporate to see if the part on their vehicle is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Get documentation before dropping off your vehicle here? Maybe also demand to see how much the part cost, and two labor printed might not be the case. If they can charge you without your knowledge while you are texting in the waiting area or at home, if they can get away with it, they will? Even if that your vehicle broken part is covered, they will continue to find new reasons for you to incur added expenses. It appears that you must pay something before you may leave this location. Yes, this is a business, and the service mechanics' time is valuable. Unfortunately, it appears that these service departments no longer say, "Hey, it's covered, and we've just tightened that other bolt for you at no charge. See you next time." It seems, if you do not follow the service advice or authorize the added unnecessary charge via text, you may question, "Why did I come?" Oh! While I appreciate your many payment methods, I strongly advise against using your credit card because it may result in 3% processing fees. Hey, new business model! If that option does not work for you, you can seek a line of credit instead. They benefit greatly from the new payment arrangement. Although I still have the option to refrain, trust in this establishment has decreased. It may be more prudent to stop at one of those corner mechanic shops with no signage, even if they will still attempt to get as much as they can charge, albeit to a lower amount. In sum, customer loyalty and service can lead you to consider upgrading to a new vehicle or switching to a different model. We may not like the service change that is always increasing, but please be honest with customers, and perhaps some will return for that new Subaru. Remember that good service/honesty is the key to loyalty.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and love my car but had a frustrating…read moreexperience with the finance department. I was initially offered a 9% interest rate despite having strong credit. When I refused it, I was told the rate could be lowered by adding approximately $5,000 in warranty packages (he called this "buying" down the rate). This brought the rate down to 6.4% but significantly increased the overall cost of my loan. I initially signed and left, but after reconsidering two days later, I requested the warranties be removed since the added cost outweighed the interest savings. Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. Most dealerships submit signed deals the next business day, but mine was not submitted. I didn't receive any updates until I followed up multiple times, and only after I asked to cancel the warranties did I receive a response. I was told this was due to the finance manager being sick; however, I would expect there to be processes in place to ensure deals are still submitted in a timely manner. I was then asked to sign new paperwork with a new higher rate, because the original deal had not been submitted and I no longer wanted the warranties. While I ultimately finalized the purchase at a different rate without the add-ons, the experience felt unnecessarily complicated and lacked transparency. The contract clearly states that warranties are optional, can be canceled at any time, and are not supposed to impact the APR, yet the financing process was presented as though the lower rate depended on keeping them. That said, I do want to highlight that Dwayne, the salesperson, was great to work with, very helpful and straightforward throughout the process. Fernando, the sales director, was also professional and supportive. I would recommend future buyers carefully review all financing terms, be cautious about add-ons being used to justify lower rates, and consider securing financing in advance before visiting the dealership.

I WISH I could get my money back that I saved a year for. (1st car bought cash) They could fix it and resale it. I bought an 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet from this dealership oct 12. I had the vehicle in my possession for 18 days , on the 19th day which was my Audi appointment to have it checked out. On the way to Annapolis Audi it went in to engine failure due to turbo failure, cylinder misfire. I had to have the vehicle towed to Audi. (Oct 30) After learning the official diagnosis on Nov 2nd. I reach out to Nemo Nov 4th(he does not work Mondays) This is where the nightmare continues He reaches out Nov 5th to tell me to send him the cost sheet from Audi I also asked him if they were able to pick it up. I did not get an another text until Nov6th after I repeatedly text him and told him the car cannot continue to just sit at Audi ..As i need direction. "He told me he was waiting for answers from the shop as they were sourcing parts & They can't get it " Nov 6th he told me the price. I asked him if they were going to cover anything he said yes they could (which I do appreciate ) Nov 13th i had it to towed which cost me ($190 dollars to have it towed ) i was out of town. I texted him to let him know it was headed to the shop. I got a response after i texted him again on the 14th "saying yes we are waiting for payment but we don't take card transactions no more" i let him know i was till out of town and how unprofessional this experience was and how they can at least move forward till i get back in town." Text him again on Nov 15th to get an update "we're going to have our mechanics look at it." No date no time was given ! I repeatedly asked "he said next week" Nov 19th comes I text him "Has the mechanic been there? I need an update?" He said he scheduled for tomorrow. Nov 20th after I texted him "he's doing a deeper dive to make sure nothings wrong." Confused and frustrated I asked will it be repaired by Christmas . He said "It's should be repaired by Christmas for sure just want to fix it 100% and repairs takes time". Tuesday Dec 3rd I have not received a email, text, phone call, pigeon letter NOTHING. I called twice per usual no response I texted still no response. I called the dealership ask to speak to a manager they said one was not present they will call me back . I called back later as i received no call " was placed on hold and was told to call back tomorrow" Dec 5th Thursday I called back was told "call back tomorrow as the mechanic will be here, he is still checking the vehicle out." I asked to speak to Manager he told me " he's going to tell you the same thing, we're not mechanics and we don't know how long it takes to diagnose a vehicle and we're not taking Audis word." At this point the car has probably not been worked on, no parts ordered, hasn't received a diagnosis when the car placed in their possession since Nov13th I don't have a problem with them not taking Audis word/paperwork. I do have a problem with the lack of communication, not answering the phone, having to respond by text, lack of effort and piss poor service. At the very least the vehicle should have a diagnosis and parts should have been ordered. I will more than likely have to have it towed back to Audi so it can be fixed. I have bought cars all over and usually buy every year as I do Turo as well ! I have never experienced anything like this and I will not buy anything from them again. I will take this as a learning experience and move forward. I will make a TikTok about this as well ! -St. Magnolia Estates

I also looked at the Volvo XC60 but decided on the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. It absolutely has all the bells and whistles and the car rides so smooth that you can feel so relaxed that you might want to go to sleep. Did I mention that the car also has massaging seats that I have not turned on yet and will only use while parked or I would go to sleep.
