Car broke down a day after I bought it recently and they wouldn't help me out. They said I was out of luck. Then I realized I overpaid and they got me with a lot of hidden fees. The original person was great but not there anymore Stay away!

Another home run maintenance check at Lustine Toyota! Love this place…read more They check everything. They check with you. They patiently explain and answer questions. Worry factor considerably reduced this way. Excellent new feature -- the vehicle "report card" of sorts. Unclear if from Toyota or Lustine. Either way, this is helpful. Shows everything that needed checking and gives them a color coding -- green, yellow or red. Nice! You know what was checked, what will likely need attention soon and what needed doing today. Really appreciate the timely, excellent, reliable vehicle service and the respectful treatment of the customer from Lustine. Thank you.

This Toyota location is truly a mess from top to bottom. I went in for a simple oil change --…read moresomething they should be able to do in their sleep -- and they rushed it so poorly that my car broke down on the way home. My car had NO major issues before their "service." The breakdown happened immediately after, and they still tried to pretend it wasn't their fault. Because of THEIR negligence, I ended up having to pay for my own tow, miss a full day of work, and deal with a situation that they caused. And here's the worst part: they offered zero refund, zero reimbursement, zero support. Not even a gesture to make the situation right. Nothing to make me feel heard, helped, or even respected. I emailed the managers multiple times -- ignored. Completely brushed off. It wasn't until I contacted corporate that they suddenly wanted to "prioritize" my car. The whole thing was unorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just a complete shit show. They took absolutely no accountability, kept trying to blame my car, and acted like I was supposed to just accept it. I've never seen a dealership operate with this level of sloppiness and lack of customer care. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this location. They cost me money, time, and stress, and didn't even bother trying to make it right.

BEWARE!! Very…read moredisappointed with my experience. I paid a deposit to hold a car, but was never clearly told that the hold was only for 3 days. I spoke with the salesperson and we agreed I would pick up the car later that week, so I had no reason to believe it would be put back up for auction. I received no call or notification that the hold was expiring. Had I known, I could have easily had a family member pick up the car for me. Instead, the car was put back up for auction, I lost the vehicle, and I'm now being told I can't get my deposit back. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and would recommend getting everything in writing before leaving a deposit. I am now out of a car AND my deposit!!

I came here yesterday to look at a used van, and this place was a complete bust. The van I was…read morelooking at was a used contractor's van, about 20 years old and having about 200,000 miles. I have bought a comparable used van in the past with no problems, but from a private seller. I did not like the way they held my driver's license while I took the van for a test ride. My driver's license is the property of the state of Virginia and not them. They give you a printout with a photocopy of your driver's license and the car's plate number. I don't know if this was legal or not. Thankfully I did not get pulled over. While I was test driving the vehicle, the tread came off of the right rear tire. As soon as I heard the loud banging, I immediately pulled over and called them. They picked me up and another guy drove the van back to the dealership with the tire tread still dangling off the vehicle. I saw some red flags before the test drive. There was a white sticker on the windshield saying "rejection." Visible from inside the vehicle, the back of the sticker lists all of the major car systems like brakes, steering, etc. None of the systems were checked off indicating what caused the vehicle to be rejected, or by whom the vehicle was rejected (the previous owner?). None of the vehicles had the safety inspection sticker or plates with the month and year tags on the license plates (this would let you know if the safety or emissions inspections have expired yet). The rear doors of the van were wired shut. The floor of the back of the van had several holes rusted through it. I would never trust that floor to carry a heavy load. The brakes, steering, and suspension seemed to be okay. The air conditioning was not working. The van never should have been presented for sale. I believe they wanted $2200 or $2500. The communication was very poor. I had to confirm once by phone, once by e-mail, and three times by text message that I would show at the time I told them I would be there. Sure enough, I showed up for my appointment at the predetermined time. My advice when buying a used vehicle is to pay cash and buy the vehicle from a private party. That is how I have bought used vehicles in the past, and it seems to work. Make sure the vehicle's safety and emissions inspections have not expired yet (emissions inspections are for two years, safety inspections are for one year). What a waste of time.

My experience at Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC was extremely frustrating due to deceptive pricing and…read morea clear bait-and-switch tactic. I intend to escalate this matter to the VA Attorney General if it is not addressed to my satisfaction by the end of business on 2 July 2025. I was quoted an 'out-the-door' selling price of $20,000 (which matched pricing both on carfax and also on the dealer's iPacket- note these advertised prices gave no warnings about being "less incentives") for a used 2018 Tesla Model X by Saraj Zia and the morning manager (who I believe was Tony Blazier). This price was ultimately confirmed twice: once via a photograph sent over text before my 1.5-hour drive, and again on a bill of sale provided via email so that I could gain Tesla charging access (the car was inexplicably at a mere 1% charge upon my arrival). However, at finalization, the price inexplicably jumped by $4,000. The second afternoon manager, Meraj Zia, attributed this to a tax rebate they couldn't even confirm eligibility for previously, despite my specific prior inquiry about the out the door price without the rebate. After eight wasted hours at the dealership, which included having me pay to charge the vehicle, he admitted their 'serious pricing mistake' but refused to honor the quoted price or even compromise more than $500. I ultimately left without the car. Until this situation is resolved to my satisfaction, I cannot recommend Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC. I am willing to revise this review if the dealership takes appropriate steps to make this right. My google voice number is 443-332-8479

The car they sold me didn't even pass inspection and I had to lay $2500 out of pocket after paying them cash emphasizing I'm a student who needs a reliable vehicle. The engine light came on 3 days after I bought the car and they told me it was a sensor issue. I've had issues with the wipers, 2 issues with the engine and electric work done on the passenger door. Difficult to write a review about the dealership when you can't get sales people to respond…read more I contacted them via their online website about a specific car. While their online attendants were quick (and numerous) to respond, I had requested a detailed sales agreement showing the applicable discounts and a final price. Since their advertised price contains many discounts which I did not qualify for and since the online attendant didn't realize that they offer free nationwide shipping, I wanted a finalized price before we drove the two hours to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, multiple contacts with "Jasmin", including several that were supposedly escalated, were not responded to by the sales staff. This being the case, we are not going to pursue purchasing a vehicle from them. Others have also indicated absent Customer Service responses. Never understand a business that has potential customers, but shoo them away with this type of poor business approach.

On Thursday, Apr 2, 26, I contacted the dealership regarding a 2016 Lexus LS 460 L listed at…read more$29,444. I communicated directly with a representative named "Jessica/Clarence," who confirmed in writing that the vehicle's current price was $29,444. I specifically asked about price discrepancies between listings, and I was reassured that $29,444 was the correct and current price. I also clearly stated that I would be traveling over 4 hours from North Carolina to view and test drive the vehicle. At no point was I informed of any conditions tied to the advertised price, such as residency requirements, financing requirements, military/veteran status, or other qualifications. Based on these representations, I made the 4+ hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. Additionally, after refusing the inflated price, I was encouraged to consider other vehicles, which further suggests a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I believe this constitutes a deceptive and misleading business practice, as I was induced to travel a significant distance based on a price that the dealership had no intention of honoring under the circumstances.
