This is my vehicle AFTER their porter drove it across their parking lot and did not have the good sense to not drive between parked cars.
    Chris T.

Your porter royally screwed my car up by damaging my entire right side. I was with a subpar loaner for an entire month. I was asked to file the claim under my insurance and your dealership would pay my deductible. My insurance agent said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I should not have had to make a claim against my own insurance policy for a dealership's mistake. That's why they have business insurance. I asked them to buy my car and the used sales manager refused to offer me what I owed on my car. I owed 17k and was only offered 15k for a car that was now hamstrung by a CarFax incident that was not of my doing. My car was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was out of work for three weeks because I couldn't use the loaner for Lyft work. I was supposed to be grateful that you repaired my vehicle and I was expected to be satisfied with a loaner that was a cheap imitation of my touring hybrid. There was zero offer of compensation for my loss of work. I was able to trade my car to another dealership for what I owed. They turned my car around and sold it in one day for 21.5k and received all the "grabs" that a dealership uses to help pad the price higher with "value added items". You could still have had me as a customer, but I'll never take another vehicle into service because of this. I still own another Honda and will take it elsewhere. I apologize to John Quillin and Chris for this review, because they did the best he could for me considering the circumstances. But everyone else involved, you did nothing to keep me as a customer.

SERVICE FRAUD ALERT! My Honda Accord 2018 with 49,000+ Mileage suddenly showed multiple warning lights on the dashboard while I was driving without noticeable mechanical problem while running. I went to Honda Waldorf Maryland to get it checked-fix but it appears that they MISDIAGNOSED my car problem purposely for me to PAY EXTRA MORE despite of their computerized-diagnoses technology we had to pay. They told me it was definitely the 2 Rear Calipers that needed replacement, but this DID NOT solve the problem after they were replaced. After about 3 days, they told me that it was actually the MODULE that was malfunctioning that they're (Honda) the only one that can fix this. Also, I checked Honda USA website and called them that there are recalls on the Honda Accord 2018 - 2020 Modules. Unfortunately, my VIN is not included even it clearly states that Honda Accord 2018 was included.

This all star team at Waldorf Honda took care of me like a newborn baby - nothin' but tender love & care. Best experience I've had at a dealership so far. You make the experience so if you stay positive and classy, they will respond in the same manner. Special shoutout to: Stormy & Jamar Stormy hooked me the fuck up with a sick ass brand new 2020 Civic Type R championship white OMMGG. i'm dead yo and i'm in heaven now. And Jamar was so patient and thorough getting me well acquainted with the car and helping me settle into it. Bless you both and the rest of the ppl that were part of this magical night. Looking forward to working with you all again in the future when the situation arises. Til then - stay safe and Godspeed! *excuse the semi blurry pics. i only had a video from that special night so i had make still images from it.

    Bait and switch!

I have been communicating with Brittany for a month or so trying to make a final decision on purchasing a Honda CR-V 2018. Called her to ask about a price and she was off so I started dealing with Stormy the sales Manager. We agreed on a price the night before. I called the next day to finalized. I reached out to Stormy to make sure the mileage was not too high on this brand new end of the year vehicle and after several calls I was told that the car was sold. What I really think happened is that they realized they offered me a really good price and wasn't willing to sell it to me anymore. But I thought to myself naaa this isn't happening... But lo and behold the car is still showing up on the internet as available. So I had my husband reach out to the dealership to see if the car was still available and it was. If you promised a price and realized it was too low just let me know. I can respect and handle that! Anything but lies! What a complete bait and switch! No worries really, I found the car and settled on another more reputable dealership in the area within $200.00 of my original offer from Waldorf Honda. So they let a deal go south for a couple hundred and totally missed my desperate neighbors sale too. Too bad they left this absolute sour taste in my mouth. Sad part was I was going to have my neighbor come with me to purchase a new car since hers was completely totaled and she had financing in hand and some residual insurance money to make a purchase the same day. So they missed out on 2 sales at the end of the year. Oh well. I will never deal with Waldorf Honda due to my experience.

Bolt in tire and turned away.

Finding repair shops that are competent in maintaining these vehicles, without breaking your budget can be challenging. My Prius Plug-in has a little over 91,000 miles now, and I want to be proactive in staying a step or two ahead of any issues. The repair guys at Apex Auto Care (Located in Waldorf, Maryland) are an outstanding resource for Prius owners (and other vehicle models too) in this regard. They're astute with the uniqueness of the Prius Egr system, and make repairs seem almost routine (despite the complexity). They walk you through the repair process, and even share images of the working area of your vehicle for context, in real time. Their prices are very fair, the facility is clean and organized, and they're located in Southern Maryland, which is very convenient for me. I used to travel to Northern Virginia for competent Prius maintenance for years, but since learning about and soliciting Apex Auto, that's no longer necessary. Anyhow, ask for Bob Beavers. He's the man!

To get an accurate understanding of how dishonest and predatory this business is particularly when it comes to women sort the reviews by looking at the lowest reviews. On Sunday, I had my vehicle towed to this shop. My AC had stopped working and after driving for sometime fumes started coming from the front of the car and liquids were dripping from the bottom of the car. When my car got brought in, I called and explained exactly that. They told me it would cost about $67 to do a diagnosis of the issue. The next day, Tim called me and said the issue is my radiator and I needed to replace the radiator. He told me the total cost would be $764. I told him I would call back because I wanted to get a second opinion. I wanted to get a second opinion because this past December I brought my car in to them because my AC/ heater was not working. Then I paid them over $600. Now six months later I was having the same issues. Because I couldn't move the car to another mechanic, I contacted a mobile mechanic. In my messages to the mobile mechanic I said the same thing that I told this business. My AC stopped working and the car started fuming. In the end, I could not coordinate a time with the mobile mechanic due to work, so I decided to go with Myers. The next day I called them to okay the service. Tim now quotes $849, instead of the $764 he originally told me. I explained to him that was not the price he quoted me before. I wrote the price down, but he lied and said it was what he told me. I negotiated the price to $813 because I just wanted my car fixed. I okayed the service after he assured me he did a diagnostic and the issues would be fixed. Of course, I'm thinking the AC would also be fixed. When they called me to say the car is ready. My sister goes to pick up the car and had me on facetime. The very first thing I asked her to do was to check the AC before paying. LO AND BEHOLD THE AC WAS NOT FIXED. When I brought this issue up. They lied that I never mentioned the issue with my AC. We are in the peak of the summer, Why would I not mention my AC not working??? Also, why would I mention it to the mobile mechanic (see my screenshots) and not mention it to Myers, the people who have my car and are fixing my car???? Instead of them admitting their error. They tried to charge me an additional $1000 to fix the AC talking about there is an issue with the AC compressor. So they wanted me to pay a total of $1800!!!! They are ridiculous. Of course I contested this. I called Neil Myers the owner to resolve the issue cordially. To my surprise he started yelling at me and threatening me that "he knows my type" and that if I don't pay in cash I will not get my car. It was so TRAUMATIZING. I never had a business owner speak to me like that, especially when it is THEIR ERROR. The way he spoke to me I was scared because like I said my younger sister was there alone. So I immediately left work to go there myself. Then Brandon (Myers??) got involved and again instead of rectifying the situation and admitting their error also lied that I never told them. So he called me stating the call is being recorded. Then it was clear he was trying to create a recording to cover themselves legally. He also tried to tell me that I needed to pay in cash or certified check before they release my car. I called them out that it is against the law if it was not previously disclosed to the customer. In the end, I paid $749, instead of $813 because Brandon said he would give me a "discount". I found it laughable that he thought that would be sufficient to rectify the fact that I paid $749 to "fix" a radiator that is sold on amazon for less than $99 and my AC is still not working. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Also by the way the positive reviews are doctored. As a first time customer they will harass you for days to leave a review, which I am assuming why so many people feel compelled to leave these 4 star reviews. But trust me don't patronize this business!
