Zero accountability, no oversight. DTerrible, avoid! April 30, 2025: Purchased a new vehicle with 100 miles on the odometer, said to have "just come off the truck." #1May 1, 2025 (9:00 AM): I contacted the dealer about sync issues. A technician briefly synced my phone, but the issue reoccurred immediately. I returned to the dealership and was referred to the service department, who blamed my phone. Later that day: Returned with continued issues. A service ticket was issued, but the system began working again during inspection. I was sent away. #2 May 2, 2025: After more sync failures, I left the car at the dealership for service. I was told the system was reset and the issue resolved. However, later that day the issue repeated after two engine shutoffs. I returned and demonstrated the malfunction. I documented the failure with video and photos. #3 May 3, 2025: The problem continued, consistently occurring after 2-3 engine restarts. Additional failures included: Resetting of the gauge display, Wireless charger intermittency, USB connections not recognizing any phone. #4 May 6, 2025: I returned the vehicle. After lengthy discussion, the sales manager offered a replacement vehicle, but refused my request for a refund. I asked to speak with the General Manager (Brandon Turner) three separate times. Each request was denied. I also left him a voicemail -- it was never returned. The replacement vehicle displayed the same technical issue immediately, in front of staff. After 30 minutes of tinkering and repeated restarts, the infotainment system temporarily worked. Again, the issue was dismissed as user error. I was also promised ceramic window tinting to match the first car -- but the second vehicle had a cheaper standard tint with a visible crease on the passenger side. I also spent over three hours dealing with a Hertz rental in the process. #5 May 8, 2025: The same technical failures occurred again. I returned the car and left it overnight. #6 May 9, 2025: I was informed that the issue is a known incompatibility between the vehicle and my phone, and that I would need to "wait for an update." I was told to use a USB cable -- which does not function when the system is glitching. Despite demonstrating this failure across multiple phones (mine, my girlfriend's, etc.), the manufacturer and dealer continue to deflect blame onto everything but the vehicle itself. The dismissive attitude and gaslighting have been exhausting and unacceptable.

This is how they give you your invoice..... truly repulsive.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never take my vehicle back to this dealership. They don't even take the time to type up a personal invoice on the items they say needs to be fixed. Also, don't go here if you want any fast assistance for anything to do with your transmission. They want to hold your vehicle hostage for three weeks just to do a diagnostics. This dealership does not have courtesy vehicles to give out. They will leave you paying a rental car fee for weeks and not even get your work done. If I could give them a negative number I would! Beware of this place!

If I could give a zero rating, that would be my review!!! I purchased my dream car in September 2024. This was my 50th birthday gift as I have not had a brand new car since 2012. I was SO excited!! I paid the dealership to tint the front windows, put protective coating on the interior and protective coating on the exterior. About a month after the purchase, we realized the heat and A/C was not working on the passenger side. I had to wait about three weeks before I could even take my car in to be repaired because they said they did not have a loaner car for me. When I finally took it into service at the Cadillac Waldorf, Maryland dealership where I purchased the vehicle; they gave me a Malibu loaner car and I complained because it was not equivalent to my car. I invested a lot of money purchasing the Cadillac Lyric and I expected the same replacement as I was inconvenienced as of just purchasing a brand new car. They kept my car for about a month and finally said that they didn't know when the part would be in to repair the heat and A/C. At this time, they switched it out for a Cadillac Lyric loaner car. As of today January 9, 2025 I STILL do NOT have my vehicle. This customer experience has been terrible. The Waldorf Maryland General manager has ignored all of my calls, emails, and visits. He has refused to contact me back. No one at that dealership has tried to make me whole as a customer. The Cadillac customer service Lyriq concierge department Took my initial complaint, but has ignored all of my follow up calls. No one has tried to correct this horrible, inconvenient, stressful situation. AND I'M STILL PAYING A CAR PAYMENT FOR A VEHICLE I'VE ONLY DRIVEN ONE MONTH!! Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Waldorf Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership!!! Do NOT purchase a Cadillac Lyriq!!! And do NOT purchase a Cadillac AT ALL if you're expecting a good customer experience and a great vehicle for the money you are spending!!! I feel so heartbroken, stressed, and disrespected as a customer!!!

I had the worst car buying experience with this dealership. I was lied to multiple times and now i think i have a car that will give me problems until i sell it. I have a 2014 dodge durango citadel that had 42k miles.d The lies started when i wanted to come see the car. I was told the car was there so i drove an hour to come look at it. The car was not there and was told it was at the body shop. they said they would have it within a week because it was in the body shop. A week turned into over a month and the salesman called me when they had it on the premise. i came to look at it and they said the front bumper was fixed and repainted which was another lie. the front bumper had a lot of scratches on it but i wasnt worried about cosmetic problems like scratches. Next lie is when they said the car was Maryland state inspected but when i drove the car the oil light was on and one of the tires was losing air. Also the brakes were pulsating during highway driving. Another lie was the price of the car. I had financing with my own bank but of course they say they can do better. So they tell me one price of the car and after they run my credit the salesman comes back and say sorry i was mistaken. So the price is actually higher and they have already ran my credit. Of course they couldnt beat the interest rate i already had. So i get the car and i tell them about the oil change light(if the car was checked before i test drove it this would have been seen). they reset it before i left and i drive it home. after a couple of days of driving the low tire pressure display comes on and i feel the brakes pulsate on the highway. they say they can check it bring it to them and they will give me a rental for the day. I bring it to them and another lie. They say they dont have a rental car for me and i ended up waiting almost 5 hours for my car to be done. Mind you im over an hour away from the dealership so i was stuck. they fix the problems and the car seems to be good but after my month warranty is up i see the truck leaking oil. I reach out to my sales person and say the truck only have 42k and it shouldnt be leaking oil. he claims he will talk to the managers and see what he can do. Of course i stopped hearing from him and nothing was done. So i chuck it up as a lost and just get an extended warranty for the car just in case. Now im having issues with the tires holding air. Every other day one of the tires are low and need to be refilled with air. So i inspect the tires and they are dry rotted. HOW IS A CAR MARYLAND STATE INSPECTED AND HAVE DRY ROTTED TIRES. HOW DO I BRING THE CAR BACK FOR ISSUES WITH A LEAKING TIRE AND THE MECHANIC DOESNT SAY THE TIRES ARE DRY ROTTED. Me having the car for a about 5 months can not cause the tires to dry rot. Theses tires were dry rotted when they sold the car. I wouldnt expect a "reputable" dealership to sell a car in the condition my car was sold. For future car buyers stay away and look at the pictures I have on display. Think about all the time and money Ive wasted and will have to spend. Think about my safety put at risk with those awful tires that should have been changed upon maryland state inspection and when i brought it back for low tire pressure.

I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and waited three hours before being told it would take at least another hour. Customers should be informed in advance if the service may take four or five hours so they can make other arrangements. I was quoted approximately $800 for the brake service, but the labor cost was not clearly explained or itemized before I approved the work. After paying nearly $1,000, I realized that about $430 was for labor. The parts and labor charges should be clearly separated before the customer authorizes the service. I would appreciate it if you could review my invoice and consider an adjustment to the labor charge.

As a 100% service-disabled veteran, I specifically asked when scheduling my appointment whether…read moreshuttle service to and from my home would be available. I explained that my appointment was on a workday and that I needed to return home to work while my vehicle was being serviced. I was assured that shuttle service would be available. However, when I arrived for my appointment this morning, I was informed that my home is outside the authorized shuttle service radius. I was then offered the option of remaining at the dealership and waiting for my vehicle. That was not a reasonable solution because I had already explained when scheduling my appointment that I needed to get back home to work. Had I known in advance that shuttle service was not available, I could have made alternate transportation arrangements. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. and did not receive notification that my service was complete until 12:24 p.m. Had I stayed at the dealership as suggested, I would have had to use approximately five hours of leave from work--something I specifically sought to avoid by confirming transportation before scheduling my appointment. I then spoke with Service Manager Tammie Kuntz, who approved what she described as a "one-time exception." Unfortunately, the way this was handled came across as unnecessarily performative. In front of her employees, she emphasized that she was making an exception and stated that she was going to speak with the scheduling staff to ensure they no longer promise shuttle service beyond the 10-mile limit. Rather than simply resolving the issue, the interaction felt more like an opportunity to demonstrate her authority than to assist a customer. I also had my puppy with me, who is currently training to become my service dog. While discussing the shuttle, Ms. Kuntz reached down to pet him without asking my permission. That interaction reinforced the impression that she was approaching the situation from a position of condescension while "doing me a favor." Regardless of whether a dog is a service animal, a service dog in training, or simply a family pet, it is basic courtesy to ask the owner's permission before attempting to pet the animal. In the case of service animals and those in training, that courtesy is even more important because unnecessary interaction can interfere with their focus and training. I'm now left paying approximately $40 for an Uber back to the dealership. Had I been given accurate information when I scheduled my appointment, I could have made other transportation arrangements, avoided the unnecessary expense, and prevented this inconvenience altogether. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future customers--especially disabled veterans and others who rely on accessible transportation--receive accurate information and a more respectful, considerate customer experience.

I was initially offered a 9% interest rate despite having strong credit. When I refused it, I was told the rate could be lowered by adding approximately $5,000 in warranty packages (he called this "buying" down the rate). This brought the rate down to 6.4% but significantly increased the overall cost of my loan. I initially signed and left, but after reconsidering two days later, I requested the warranties be removed since the added cost outweighed the interest savings. Communication was inconsistent throughout the process. Most dealerships submit signed deals the next business day, but mine was not submitted. I didn't receive any updates until I followed up multiple times, and only after I asked to cancel the warranties did I receive a response. I was told this was due to the finance manager being sick; however, I would expect there to be processes in place to ensure deals are still submitted in a timely manner. I was then asked to sign new paperwork with a new higher rate, because the original deal had not been submitted and I no longer wanted the warranties. While I ultimately finalized the purchase at a different rate without the add-ons, the experience felt unnecessarily complicated and lacked transparency. The contract clearly states that warranties are optional, can be canceled at any time, and are not supposed to impact the APR, yet the financing process was presented as though the lower rate depended on keeping them. That said, I do want to highlight that Dwayne, the salesperson, was great to work with, very helpful and straightforward throughout the process. Fernando, the sales director, was also professional and supportive. I would recommend future buyers carefully review all financing terms, be cautious about add-ons being used to justify lower rates, and consider securing financing in advance before visiting the dealership.

I was upset because after leaving the parking lot, a part of my vehicle that should have been secured from the start fell apart, and if I hadn't done my research and spoken with management, it would have become a new repair job. As I previously stated, it came apart after less than a mile of leaving the parking lot The other concern is that the financing option should be more thoroughly stated up front. Yes, for certain people, it may be beneficial to avoid the excessive fees that these dealer services are imposing on their customers who want to use a credit card, and this is not just at this location.  Again, this may be a good thing for unforeseen car repairs expenses and if you have good credit, but customers should be aware that their debit card is required and that it will be deducted automatically from their checking account without their awareness once you are approved. Overall, your experience may vary, but that was my experience, and lots of things can be improved. This feedback is not because I am angry, at anyone there, but maybe to improve some areas, and put the customer back in focus. I only took one star off based on the overall experience.

I had to ask questions. When getting into the vehicle the dashboard said "low fuel" he said: "yeah we should be fine". I pulled out of the dealership, made a u-turn as soon as possible to head south towards the mall. At the light of Leonardtown and Berry Rd on Route 5 (intersection) the car runs out of gas. I was in the middle lane. I was honked at, traffic was stopped, people going around me. It was a traumatic experience and he just called the dealership saying: "yeah I think we ran out of gas" his tone was almost as it was funny. He was extremely nonchalant about the situation saying "we'll both have stories to tell later ". I was uncomfortable. It took someone 20 minutes to bring gas to put in the tank. Amer tried justifying the incident by saying that he got the car with the most fuel in it, when they deliver the new cars they don't have gas in it. We were so close to the dealership I contemplated getting out and walking across the busy highway back to my vehicle. After his coworker put 38 miles worth of gas in the vehicle, I did my test drive quickly but on the way back the low fuel notification popped back on and I needed to get back to the dealership immediately because I was not willing to repeat the traumatic experience. Upon returning to the dealership, NO ONE, NOT ONE person came to apologize about running out of gas in the middle of the highway, NO ONE attempted to even gain my business since I was in the market for a new vehicle. My father ended up calling Amer because he gave me his business card, and he (Amer) joked about the experience while my dad explained that I was put at risk. My advice: if you want to buy a new car from this dealership, don't. Or bring your own gas. I took my business elsewhere.
