Adam responded almost immediately within a matter of hours from when I sent him a message. This was on a Friday. We corresponded via email fairly quickly so he had what he needed to run numbers for us. He told me he would follow up Monday (the next business day), and he did. Adam was able to save us a significant amount of money AND increase our coverage in a lot of different ways. We had a simple call after I had decided to work with him, and he walked me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He told me he would call me back within five minutes with a quote from Mercury and provide another quote later that day. Unfortunately, the follow-up never happened. Five minutes turned into hours, and hours turned into days, with no call, email, or update from Nick or anyone else at the agency. While I appreciated Nick's courteous manner and found him pleasant to speak with, the lack of follow-through was disappointing. When you're shopping for insurance, responsiveness and reliability are important. Based on my experience, this broker did not deliver on the service that was promised.
