She helped me pick out the perfect tree and gave me lots of advice. She was very accommodating and even helped me pick out a pot. She then gift wrapped the tree and added tissue paper since this tree was a gift. The plants are very decently priced and they get new shipments regularly, so everything is fresh and there are many seasonal varieties! I'm so glad I stopped by here on a Tuesday afternoon. :)

Michael Cosman's and his crew are reliable and punctual. If they're running late, he'll text me. If he cant make a day, he'll let me know in advance and we'll reschedule immediately. He and his crew don't just mow my yard and leave, they check that the irrigation works, the check the health of my plants, and they proactively make recommendations on things to improve the yard. Communication is very important to me and I feel comfortable asking Michael questions and getting his feedback. My last gardener was always late, missed appointments, and couldn't understand the questions I asked. He was cheaper than Michael, but what I saved in costs I paid for with hassle and uncertainty. It's true that you get what you pay for and I'm very pleased with my choice to hire Cosman's Urban Farming.

I know it's seasonal and they can only accommodate to what they have in stock. The other point was deducted because I never rec'd confirmation that the flowers were delivered. Previous experience with other flower were delivered. Previous experience with other finished product. But I didn't get any update of the finished product nor the delivery confirmation until the recipient sent me a picture.

I remember when I first moved to the neighborhood almost two years ago I would walk in, walk around, say hi and I was always greeted with a smile. About a month ago I needed a bouquet last minute for my sisters 25th anniversary. I saw the sign for Friday night bubbles and bouquets so I walked in told her my price range and color scheme and she did the rest. I loved the uniqueness of the flowers. The colors pop and they are absolutely gorgeous. Today I stopped by for a couple of mini arrangements for Galentine's and she did her thing again. I highly recommend this gem in the Inner Richmond district. I loved the over all vibes. Gives it a barber shop feel but with ladies, flowers and champagne:)
