I spontaneously stopped by this plant store and I am so glad I did! I was interested in buying a philo but ended up getting a money tree instead. The staff was amazing and sweet! She helped me pick out the perfect tree and gave me lots of advice. She was very accommodating and even helped me pick out a pot. She then gift wrapped the tree and added tissue paper since this tree was a gift. The plants are very decently priced and they get new shipments regularly, so everything is fresh and there are many seasonal varieties! This post is long overdue! My VERY GOOD Friend ordered and surprised me with the delivery of this huge, gorgeous Peony, Rose and Hydrangea glass vase arrangement for my Birthday earlier this year! My photos are NO justice to this gorgeous, artistic display of beautiful, breathtaking delight! The florist here is AMAZING! My Birthday Bouquet was extremely heavenly and FULL of huge Peonies, Roses and Hydrangea interspersed with gorgeous eucalyptus and other filler! My first time purchasing flowers from Mystic Garden was over 30 years ago. I was buying boutonnieres and corsages for prom. Imagine my surprise to discover they are still in business. Sadly this time I am purchasing funeral arrangements for a service later this month. I appreciate that Mystic Garden's website is easy to navigate. There is a section for funerals with photos and pricing for arrangements sent to the home or funeral service. I plan on buying flowers in the future for a happier occasions. read more

This was my second arrangement from A Mystic Garden and I don't think I'll be back. It could just be my luck, I've seen beautiful arrangements from other patrons walking out the door, but mine have just been okay. The flowers are fine and pretty, but I don't think the value is worth it. I paid $80 (after tip and tax) for this arrangement and it's just okay. For the record: I did add a request in the "special instructions" section when I placed the online order to add a few sprigs of baby's breath if possible. I also added I would trust the designer's opinion if they felt the baby's breath would detract from the overall elegance and to leave them out. On the positive side, they didn't charge me additional for the baby's breath but I'm honestly not sure if the baby breath helped or not... I do think the shape of the vase adds to the emptiness of the arrangement. The online picture showed a simple cylindrical vase, but the one they used has the hourglass shape. Because the bottom portion is larger, the stems for the tulips spread out. Again I think the arrangement is pretty enough - but what bothers me is the value I paid for this. While I waited 10 minutes for them to locate my order: - a gentleman walked out with a giant bouquet (easily 2-3 times the size of mine) for $75. I'm pretty sure they only charge $5 for the vase if you compare their pricing for their designers choice bouquet vs designer choice in vase. - maybe tulips are more expensive? But then a woman bought a dozen tulips and was quoted $25 as is-- no greenery leaves, no baby breath sprigs (heard quoted at $2.50 a sprig) to another customer. For the artistically inclined (unlike myself), you may fair better buying piecemeal and assembling yourself. I've always known flower arrangements to be pricey and I don't mind splurging for special occasions, but this one left me wanting more. read more

My bf surprised me with a bouquet of roses after having a really tough week at work. I was so surprised at the quality of the roses and how beautiful the arrangement were (blue is my favorite color) but it matched really well with the white. I usually like ordering dried flowers because I'm not the best at watering them. However, these roses were low maintenance (didn't need to water too often) and lasted for over 2+ weeks. It didn't wilt as quickly as other roses do so I really appreciated that. My bf mentioned how easy the ordering process was (same day pick-up) and the employees helped answer all his questions. The price of the roses varies depending on how much you buy but they're pretty affordable (dozen flowers for ~$60-$80). They also have other flower arrangements for you to choose from that's not roses (can do bouquet or in a vase). I highly recommend giving this florist a try if you're looking for nice quality flowers for you or a special someone. ^__^ read more

I love coming here!! My family and I have been coming for years. I always get plants and bouquets here. I ordered from their online site and I was pretty dissapointed. I called a little over a week ago with a couple questions about ordering a bouquet through their website. The person who assisted me was super helpful and I ended up placing my order over the phone. I specifically asked for "The Love Struck Bouquet". I was under the impression that I was paying for the bouquet on the website. It was not specified that the bouquet pictured on their website would not be the bouquet I would receive as I ordered the standard option. The shipping was included in the price that I paid for the standard bouquet which was $120. However, when the bouquet was delivered, the difference was evident. I understand that the Lillie's are not yet opened and that bouquets will not all look the same due to weather and seasonal conditions. I called the business after receiving this bouquet. The lady on the phone was helpful and heard me out. I respectfully expressed my concerns and they said that they actually added more flowers to the bouquet. I'm sorry but this is not what I expected nor what I wanted to pay $120 for. I ended up running to another store to buy more greenery in order to make this bouquet fuller. I was incredibly disappointed that it was not communicated that the bouquet I paid for and would be receiving, was not going to be the size/standard of what was advertised. I understand that Valentine's Day is a stressful and busy season. When I was on the phone I asked what options they would give me moving forward. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that they "added extra roses and Lillies". I heard who I assume was the florist, in the background, saying over and again; "tell her I added extra roses and the lillies, the lillies!" I ended up hanging up because the commotion was too overwhelming for me. I was not offered the option to get compensated at all for this. I will not be coming back. It's a shame. My family and friends that I have recommended have all really enjoyed this place. read more

Great floral shop and service! I placed an order for a standing bouquet to arrive at the funeral home in time for my Aunt's memorial service. It was a stunning arrangement and was delivered promptly before her service. Since my Aunt's favorite color was lavender, I requested that a majority of the flowers in the arrangement be of the lavender and purple hues, accompanied with a personalized banner. Shortly after placing my order, the shop called me to confirm my order, and to discuss my floral and color preferences (wonderful personalized service!). I contacted Mystic Garden for a Wedding Bouquet and I'm so glad I did. Theresa contacted me and asked a few questions and told me to send her a picture of what I wanted. I had to send flowers at the last minute and found this place. I put the order in online around 430pm and then called to ask if they could still deliver on the same day. Their driver had left already, but they offered to drop it off on their way home since the recipient was not too far and perhaps on the way. Super great service and nice people. I would definitely use them again! It was such a great thing to have the flowers delivered in the same day since the next day I had to have a mtg with the recipient.
