I'd like to share my experience about this tire shop It's a Very unwelcoming place and poor service. I would not recommend going here. When I pulled up to the entrance there was a chain blocking the entrance so you couldn't drive in. A man approached me and asked me what I need. I told him I would like to use your air hose to add a little air pressure in my tire. I offered to do it myself since he looked like he was eating. He said he would charge me five dollars cash only And if I wanted to put air in my tire go across the street to the gas station. Again, I would not recommend going here for anything. I went down the street to another tire shop literally two blocks away, The Man there was repairing a tire and he let me use the air hose free of charge with a smile. Again, do not go here. There are better, friendly places in the immediate area. read more

I had dropped off my Toyota Highlander to get brakes done on it and also have my passenger side rear tire looked at. When I picked up the vehicle this morning, Allen told me that even though all tires were aired up to proper pressure, the tire pressure light remained on. This has been a bone of contention for me as no one could get it to go off, even the tire center that I purchased the tires from. Was told that it was probably a faulty sensor somewhere. Allen remembered that sometimes if the spare tire pressure goes down over time, the tire pressure light would stay on. Sure enough, after filling that spare tire with air, the tire pressure light went OFF!!! Saved me tons of money to have the dealer check for which sensor(s) had gone bad, etc. I am very happy that someone cared enough to think outside the box. Very impressed with Alexander's Tire Services' kindness and honesty, and his capacity to notice someone in need. I had accidentally hit a curb far too hard while parallel parking on a hill, and a few blocks into my way home I discovered that I had a flat tire when it kept pulling to the right. Fortunately I pulled over right across the street from Alexander's Tire Services. While I was inspecting my tire I noticed a man across the street waving at me. I thought at first he must be waving at someone else - then noticed the sign and realized he'd seen my flat tire. One of his guys ran across the street and put enough air into the tire to help me get across the street, then they put the emergency donut on the car as it was a Sunday afternoon and the tire would have to be ordered. The obvious fear was that I was at his mercy as to price. The number was extremely fair - so I happily paid more than was asked. Good people who are thoughtful and do good work. Two thumbs up. Sorry But this place may suit your situation if u want something quick and simple patch. Even though I thought my case is very simple. It's a very long story but basically I just need all 4 tires change and balancing as he promised and said he balanced all of them but week gone by. My rides have been really shaking and wobbling at speed of 40 mph even though I got my alignment done. He blamed it on my alignment shop but my alignment shop said it's the tires. As well as my google researched and asked around. It came down to I need my tires balanced which I thought he did. I went back 2wks after to have him looked at. All he did was asking his worker to swapped my back tires to the front. And charged me extra on top of the original payment + tips. And of course nothing is fixed but I just really didn't know what happened to my car and tires Because I assumed he did everything he said he did but he lied he didn't do the balancing as he said he did and true enough it all came down to I need tires balanced. With all the time I've been running around, stressing out trying to figure out what happened. It's just came down to he's not an expert and don't know what he's doing. All he can do is popping tires in and out. And my car is only 30k miles bmw 2018 for sure it's not one of those car that needs mechanic or parts replacement. Worst thing is he didn't admit. He's still blaming on my tire pressure, and my alignment. Now I'm gonna have to pay another shop to do everything on top of what I paid him twice. How stupid I am. read more

Carlos is the tire whisperer!!! I've had 5 sets of tires installed over the years on 3 different vehicles. This guy stands behind his work and can accurately identify any issues with alignment or suspension by looking at the tires. His prices are better than discount tire or even Costco and he's faster too. if you get a set from him, he'll check and adjust your tire pressure monthly and rotate when necessary which is key to making tires last and it takes no time at all. I usually stop by before driving long distance and he sets my pressure in no time at all. I definitely recommend this guy. read more

Incredible service, wonderful staff, very helpful and generous. I realized I had a flat tire when I was across the street from Alexander's Tire Service, drove right in. Carlos immediately helped me, found that the tire had a pretty big hole in it. He was able to patch it but said he wasn't sure how long it would hold as the tire should be replaced as soon as possible. I was worried because I needed to go to work and he offered to put a new tire on for free!!! Just to make sure I made it. I ended up going back to have them replace all my tires (ok, honestly I needed all new tires, they were worn so low) and it was a great price, very quickly and well done. My boyfriend got his tires replaced there soon after and we are LOYAL customers now. Carlos is always there to help if you need some extra air or have a concern.
