Because the tattoos are close together and the pain was intense, I didn't realize he had moved to the other one until the session was over, and the damage was already done. I did receive a refund, but it doesn't come close to making up for the permanent damage of a very personal tattoo. We only took before photos of the tattoo I approved, and at no point did he clearly ask for permission to treat the other one. I still don't understand how that decision was made without my consent. This experience was extremely upsetting and violating. I won't be returning and can't recommend his services.

Jody spent a lot of time in his consultation going over her process and recommendation for treatment to give him the most natural look.
