I got one other bid from a different company that my insurance agent sent me to, that one was $500 more as they said I would have to bring it into the shop so they could realign the camera sensors. Looking at the camera sensors for my car, they are inside the car as part of the roof so therefore they don't need to be realigned. Hate to leave a bad review as I want every small business owner to thrive however, I am very unhappy with my windshield replacement. During the rainy and windy season previously, some rain got into my car and I was so confused...there was also a horrendously loud squeaking noise every time there was the slightest bit of wind on the freeway. I didn't realize what the issue was...yes I know nothing when it comes to cars so lol. I thought maybe the windshield was applied more to the right side so there was a slight opening on the left or something, I never thought the whole ass glass was lifted. Went to my dealership to get my oil changed today, and the mechanic put a sticker on the top left corner of my inner windshield and just that slightest touch lifted my windshield off completely. This is such a dangerous road hazard, I could've severely hurt myself, my passengers and whoever else on the road....thank god no one was hurt yet and we found out the issue. This company refuses to reimburse me. And now as a young college student I am forced to pay for a whole new windshield again, it's hundreds of dollars and I am suffering. So thanks. read more

I created a yelp account for one reason only, to leave this review of this "service" now you understand how terrible my experience was. i texted this guy that i need to replace the windshield on my lexus, i also said that i have a NEW aftermarket windshield and the ONLY ONE REASON why I change it is the distortion in the bottom of the glass. to which he said that he only uses good brands. I asked TWICE if he was sure that his glass had no distortion, to which he said that in 25 years of experience there had never been a complaint! I NEVER ASKED FOR CHEAP GLASS! agreed to meet, he arrived, replaced, took the money in cash and did not issue a check! and it was EXACTLY THE SAME GLASS WITH DISTORTION IN THE LOWER PART! I wrote to him that I didn't like it, what was the point of me changing one new windshield to another if it also has a distortion, to which he said that I had problems with my eyes and that I had to stop texting to him and that he didn't give me receipts I can not prove that he changed something for me! AND HE BLOCKED ME!! I texted him from another number that I was going to go to the police and then to the court and that he did not give me receipts bad for his business and that many people saw him change the glass for me. after that he agreed to replace the glass with another one, and another windshield was even worse, but I agreed to install it because I had no choice, he refused to return the money!!! as a result, I have windshield WAY worse than it was at the beginning, I lost a lot of nerves and time and $ 350. I work graveyard shifts and when I got off work at 6am, I had found that my front passenger window had been smashed and my backpack was stolen. I arrived home after placing a police report around 730am and hopped on yelp to start looking for same day repair/replacement services. Within 20 minutes I had received a message back on Yelp. By 1130am that day he arrived at my house and vacuumed all the shattered glass, replaced the window and was ready to take my credit card payment through his phone within 45 minutes. By about 1215pm that day, my shattered window was cleaned up and a new one was replaced. Price wasn't too bad when you take into account how fast he replaced it and that he made a house call. I am very displeased with the service that company provided to my girlfriend's car windshield. During the fall/winter weather or even the slightest amount of wind the windshield would make a weird soft sound. Like the outside air was coming in through the cracks on the windshield one side wasn't fully sticked to the car. Having the windshield not fully secured on the car is a dangerous road hazard that can harm us or other around us. We didn't know at first but today my girlfriend took her car in a dealership for oil change. The man that helped realized that her windshield wasn't fully secured and one small push the windshield came right off.
