However, over the last several…read moremonths they have had refrigeration problems that have plagued all of their dairy, meats, frozen goods, and other cold sections. Unfortunately, they can not seem to get these issues resolved and the fixes are very temporary. Sometimes they have cold items in the back of the store that they say they can get for you, but lately I have been met with short responses and more reluctance than support. Since, they can not get these problems resolved, I do not recommend shopping there until the company replaces the refrigeration as product availability is very unreliable and it is frustrating to show up there thinking of purchasing weekly groceries only to have to get back in my car and go to another store.

They usually have 2-3 things priced reasonably low each week. Admittedly, most of everything is expensive, but you can get 10% off by wearing a longhorn t-shirt on game days. For quality, I've noticed their meats have been fresh and well-cut for the most part. I've taken advantage of some steaks recently that went on sale as low as $5/lb! Their vegetables are usually of good quality as well. I enjoy perusing through what fruits they have in sale, which have been apples, oranges, and grapes as of late. They've had good deals on chips and zero-sugar sodas that made a trip to Randall's worth it for me. Plus, the workers are nice. Anytime I've had an issue during self-checkout, the staff were courteous and came over to help me right away. Yesterday, an item didn't ring up correctly and Cody, the employee, patiently worked with me to get a price adjustment. All in all, I've had good experiences coming here and will continue to shop here for my groceries!

I stopped by midday on Friday to shop for our seafood dinner. To say I was disappointed with what was in their display case is an understatement. It was as if someone arrived earlier and said "Give me all the good seafood and leave the rest for me". There was no cod displayed, raw shrimp that was too small for even shrimp cocktail, pathetically looking flounder filets, and mushy scallops. Two stars for locating a nice cod fillet, that was hiding out back. If I was not pressed for time I would have left but I made the best of it and dinner turned out OK. Lesson learned.

Prices are fair on most items that they are selling. The frozen food, cheese, and organic/healthy living sections are the areas that they excel as compared to other competitors. In my short stay in Cedar park, I have always strongly relied on this store for basic daily needs, like foods, drinks, housekeeping stuff, minor beauty products, seasonal items and a lot more. So far, my experience in using this grocery store was solid, decent and satisfactory.

I know the shoppers are not MY personal shopper; however, the website gives one an opportunity to leave specific notes; therefore, the shopper should read the notes. I leave notes because I can't eat certain items. I got my delivery and the notes were ignored. Then the delivery I got today had 3 heavy bags tied together! Really? I could barely pick up due to a disability to bring into the house/kitchen. Maybe there needs to be some training for the shoppers. Looks like Walmart is my new grocery store.

This offers a variety of Asian food stalls - from sushi to Korean fried chicken, they have a spot for everyone. Our favorite spot is Tous Le Jours bakery. Their cloud cakes are phenomenal and melt in your mouth good! In addition to the groceries and food court, they even have a small arcade and play area for the little ones, shops offering skincare products, and a hair salon.
