This was not an issue of "budget," but rather of expectations set by your company not being met. Customers should be able to rely on a moving service to honor the scheduled time, come prepared, and communicate honestly. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. What's more telling is that several other reviews describe the same experience I had--so this isn't an isolated issue. Instead of addressing that pattern, your assumption is that I "couldn't afford the move"... interesting.
