The office told me they understood and would be providing a refund. "The doctor is working on your refund," they said over the phone when I called to follow up. 9 days later they emailed me to say "there will be no refund and if you fight us on this we will send your bill to collections." Keep in mind I never entered their clinic, never took the covid test, and never saw a provider. They provided zero services or products but insisted on charging me $99. I can't even submit this to my insurance because this appointment never happened. When I submitted this for a dispute through my credit card, this office and the doctor himself emailed me immediately to tell me they will send it to collections if I don't cancel the dispute. Then after seeing my review, they said they would refund me if I took down this review. If you search "urgent care" in Yelp, you will find 100 other urgent care facilities in the area. Go to any of those instead.

I did not feel like just a number, but rather, a patient of many years. He really listens to the needs of the patient and takes the time to help you understand what's going on.  I now have a new doctor that I feel has my best interest at heart.
