Almost all the dentists, except for the current guy I've had for years, doesn't treat me well, understand my pain tolerance or understand how to do root canals or fix cavities. They don't numb the teeth properly. Dr. Trnavsky has worked on my teeth twice, and I've been grateful with his work. He's made the experience great. I wish I had known about him a long time ago. Dr. Trnavsky doesn't waste time, he numbs the teeth properly and goes in. And before you know it, the procedure is done. I always get nervous because the previous dentists, over the years, takes a long time to work on my teeth. The previous dentists tend to not numb the area properly and when they insert the needle to numb, it hurts like heck. Dr. Trnavsky made sure I feel it as little as possible. As for the front desk, the women are very polite, understanding and professional. They all have positive attitudes and upbeat. I want to thank Dr. Trnavsky for his great work. I went in feeling nervous and simply wanted to know what they were going to do, basically a quick recap and some reassurance. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to speak with the dentist, and I said yes. What surprised me was that when I later checked my insurance usage, I saw that they had charged my insurance $135 for that conversation. So, if you're trying to use your insurance benefits carefully, be aware of this and ask about any charges before agreeing to speak with the dentist. Stay away. Total rip-off.

Synergy did an excellent job of taking care of the work I needed. They were able to work around my crazy work schedule, getting me in and out in a timely manner. Since I am coming from Ridgecrest I had an 1 1/2 drive each way so it was nice not having to wait once I got there. I think the coolest part is that he was able to numb the precise area needing work instead of numbing half my face. I wish all dental specialists could figure out how to do that. I wish Synergy could open an office in Ridgecrest. I don't need anymore work now. But if they could come to Ridgecrest 1 or 2 times a month they would have a lot of patients to keep them busy.
