Now it has completely changed every time I go here they just want money and find any reason to write up a quote not only that they're billing department or person doesn't do their job correctly and over bills. I also witnessed someone else while I was waiting to get quoted multiple incorrect charges. The staff is rude and condescending. The dentist who used to be here was great. I believe he's now moved to a different building from what they said, and they've left all the terrible employees who don't like their job and having personal conversations while on the clock in front of clients very unprofessional, I will take my business elsewhere. Step into a dental paradise.(see photo) I needed a deep cleaning and cavities filled which was split between 2 appointments. I'm so pleased with the accuracy of diagnosis and the treatment I received. Dr. Keihani is top notch as are the whole team of hygienists and front office. The equipment is very modern and updated. Positive atmosphere all around. I got just the right amount of anesthetic as I felt no pain during, then I returned to normal a couple hours after. They are also on time with appointments as they got me right in the chair on both visits. For somebody like me, who almost has a phobia dental work, this was an excellent experience. When I felt nervous, I just slipped away into the soothing tropical paradise on the wall in front of me. (Very nice touch) Dr Keihani asked me if I'm doing OK buddy which put me at ease. Overall, Quick, easy and great experience. Not once did I feel like the dentist was trying to scam me. I came in for a cleaning and was given an exam, the dentist found 4 cavities and advised me they were very small and suggested a quick fill with no numbing. The dental hygienist was very funny and explained every single part of the cleaning as he was doing it so I wouldn't be startled. After my cleaning I scheduled my appointment for the fillings, and those were quick and easy too. I did end up getting numb on one side and I did even feel it! The Dentist was so gentle I felt no syringe hit my gum at all. I was honestly impressed since I've had a few dental procedures and in each one I've always felt the syringe and the pinch. (Fair warning: I asked the receptionist staff to have Dr Keilani call me, and they confirmed that they'd relay the message, but I never heard from him.) The great: first time I went was because I had a swollen gum. Dr Keilani was available for a sand-day appointment. I was impressed by his professionalism. The bad: staff gave me conflicting info about being whether I could bring a newly-adopted dog with me if I kept the animal in its carrier. The day before the appointment they changed their position and said I could not. I ended up scrambling my plans and being 15! min late to the appointment (a 45-min drive away for me), and staff did nothing to help apart from telling me I needed to reschedule. The ugly: an alternate dentist saw me for a regular checkup and cleaning. He asserted that I had "microcavities" that he could drill and fill immediately - and hey, why not, because my insurance covered the procedure. Glad I begged off, because I researched in the parking lot right after and found that even dentists describe this as a gigantic scam. read more

I sat in the lobby while I was waiting for my new patient paperwork to be processed and chose to cancel my appointment and leave without being seen. I did not feel safe being treated in this office. I witnessed the patient care providing staff wear the same protective gown in between patient's rooms, and watched them walk into the reception area, to & from a patient room, without changing their gowns. I understand there is a PPE shortage due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but wearing the same gown in between multiple patients, after working in the splash zone/ within inches of a person's uncovered mouth (where respiratory droplets are present and contaminating the gown) is absolutely not safe. When I left I told the receptionist that I didn't feel comfortable being treated because I've watched the back office staff walk in and out of multiple patient rooms without changing their gowns-- Her response was "Okay, that's fine." I was hoping maybe she would respond to reassure me as a patient, who would have the dentist or dental hygienist working in my mouth, that all PPE is changed in between each patient, but she did not. So that leads me to believe that they do not. And that is why I left, and called the VC Covid-19 hotline the office conveniently provided by the door. read more

He went back a few times and all they would say is we don't see anything wrong there is nothing we can do. He has been going back and fourth to the endodontist and losing time at work to attend so many appointments. He finally got the tooth removed and is still having the same pain. They don't market themselves as children's dentist since they don't have all of the distractions- but they are seriously fantastic! I booked 2 weeks in advance and arrived at 9am today (2/13) Once I got there I told them I was in for my routine teeth cleaning. Immediately, they gave me X-rays. I said I already got them last time I came in and their staff member said "we need them to see the plaque". OK fine. The doctor came in, took a look at my teeth then left. Another staff member came in, had me sign a piece of paper with the work I needed done. A cavity fill + teeth cleaning.. BUT NOT TODAY. They said they in fact didn't have someone available to do the actual teeth cleaning during the time slot they scheduled for me 2 weeks prior. So I was excused. I had a crown placed on my back tooth by another dentist in woodland hills that fell out at least a half dozen times, and I had to go back to the same doctor and glue it back on over and over again which was a nightmare. Finally the crown cracked in half and fell out. This time I chose Dr. Keihani due to his great reviews on google & yelp. He made an entirely new crown using digital technology and the in-office lab, and was able to complete the entire procedure in just over an hour. I left the office with a brand new permanent crown (that fits perfectly). The front desk receptionist was also friendly and helpful, she was able to run my insurance and provide a quote within minutes so I had an estimate before the procedure began.
